A Closer Look at The Revelation of Ashmore

How deep does the hypocrisy run in Ashmore's church?  Let's refresh our memories with the little excerpt we got from Ashmore's Commentary blog. We are going to break this down sentence by sentence:

""COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES! RUN FROM THE ANGER OF THE LORD!" Jer. 51:45

So, now, that Ashmore has left, we find him warning others through what appears to be some kind of prophesy of doom.  Run for your lives, he says in capital letters.  Now that I've left after 40 years of abusing people, You need to run like I did from the anger of the Lord.  Are we really supposed to run from the anger of the Lord?  How about Repenting and making things right with the Lord and the many people you hurt, JRA?  Come out of 'Her' my people.  What 'her' is he referring to? The whore is what he says later.  So now all of a sudden the ntcc is the Whore once he decides to leave for a bigger piece of the pie?

"Thank God other ministers are coming to their senses and exiting the CULT!"

Now that you've decided to leave ntcc, it's all of a sudden a cult?  This whole paragraph sounds like much of it was plagiarized from the Xer blogs.  Thank God that "other ministers", (who cares about the church schlubs), are coming to their senses and exiting the cult, (in which I was an active leader of abuse for 40 years).  Thank God because now Ashmore can exploit them and use them to build HIS Cult's bank account from tithe and offerings.  You know, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.  If you join up with this Exploiter of the Brethren, don't be surprised to find yourself just as broke and worn out as you were in the ntcc!

"We feel great sorrow for those who are still blinded by their sinister methods and for all the church members who still suffer mental and spiritual abuse under the KING KONG type ministries behind some of their pulpits."

That's enough to make my oatmeal hit the wall.  Wow, wow and double wow!  Those sinister methods?  Which sinister methods might those be James Ross?  The ones that cause mental and spiritual abuse?  Like the mental and spiritual abuse you caused to people like Lisa, Moreno, Ken and so many others that have such fond memories of how you abused them?  King Kong type ministries?  Really JRA?  What type of King Kong ministries might you be referring to? And why did you wait till RWD died before you got this revelation?  It seems awfully convenient that you hung around through all those abusive years and endured all of those sinister methods, and then just up and decided to leave after R-dub kicked the bucket?  SMH!

Did you know what was going on during your 40 years of ignorant continuance under the facade of a 'holiness' organization?  What was your role in this organization during this 40 years of ignorance?  Do you really expect everyone to ignore your role in the ntcc and think that all of a sudden you've changed and now suddenly have everyone's best interest at heart even though you haven't admitted your role in the ntcc or taken responsibility for the many people you've hurt?

"We are hearing reports from many who have gone through hell on earth under the manipulative and controlling leaders they once trusted, only to find out later what they really were!"

Wow, James.  That's quite the narrative.  Where were you when all these reports were being issued about the manipulative and controlling leaders?  Many people once trusted you; I don't suppose that you put anyone through hell on earth, did you Jim?  We would ask the Moreno family; but you put them through such hell on earth they are now dead because of it!  "Only to find out later what they really were?"  Really?  What were you?  What are people finding out right now about what you really were?  It seems like you chose to be part of this bunch for 40 years until RWD died and there was no place for you among them any more.  Is that why you decided to 'run for your life'?!

"Spouses have been recycled under the sinister notion that one should leave and divorce their spouse if said spouse LEAVES the GROUP (even if they are still serving God!)"

Sounds like you've been reading our blog again.  Is this a new revelation about the spouses that were recycled?  What did you do for those spouses while you were in Board meetings witnessing the pressure that was being put on some of these families that made one person leave and another stay?  Who helped enforce this sinister notion, or who turned a blind eye to it for 40 years while so many families were destroyed?  Can you hear me now?

"The Day of wrath awaits these "blind leaders of the blind" and may all whose eyes are opened flee this Whore while there is still time!"

It's a good thing that you were the only one that was pleasing in God's sight during your 40 years in the ntcc.  I guess the day of wrath is going to pass over you just because you left.  Were you not a blind leader of the blind yourself? Or were you different than all of your ntcc buddies?  When you make the recommendation that all whose eyes are open, 'flee this Whore', are you referring to the ntcc or its current leaders?  Were they considered to be a Whore while you were holding the bag and some of the highest offices and perks in the organization?  When did they become a Whore, after you left?

I'm not buying it.  I would have believed you if you would have left and sought forgiveness from the many people that you have hurt; but I'm not buying it now.  Instead it seems like you weren't getting the praise and payroll from kekel that you expected after davis departed.  It sounds like you weren't getting your piece of the pie, so you took your ball and went home.  Now you want to drag a bunch of duped ministers to follow you so you can continue to exploit them and won't have to work.

It is our opinion that the many well documented abusive practices and false doctrines of the NTCC caused this tragic loss of four souls.

Tour NTCC 4: The "Bonco" and Maria Moreno Videos

Deep in the heart of Graham, nestled against a wooded area, and hidden from the view of many, lies a chunk of real estate owned by the New Testament Christian Churches of America, Incorporated, called the Bonco.  One might ask, what is a Bonco?  We had the same question so we looked it up.  No definition could be found for the word "Bonco" but it's close relatives Bunko Bonko and Bunco all yielded up some interesting definitions that are worthy to be blogged about.

BONCO (also spelled BUNCO, BUNKO, and BONKO) is defined as:

(1)  a swindle in which a person is cheated at gambling, persuaded to buy a nonexistent, unsalable, or worthless object, or otherwise victimized.

There is a dice game that originated in England in the early 19th Century and was imported to San Francisco in 1855, where it gave it's name to gambling parlors or "Bunco parlors" and more generally to any swindle.  During prohibition in the 1920's Bunco was re-popularized as a gambling game, often associated with a speakeasy.  Law enforcement groups raiding these parlors became known as "Bunco Squads".

How fitting are those definitions?  Seeing that many unsuspecting people were swindled out of their money and cheated out of their future, we have decided to share the truth with our readers.  Hopefully ntcc'ers that are googling will stumble across this post and learn where their money really goes.

To see the mansions on this not-for-profit organization's land, one would have to drive a mile away to the top of a hill and take pictures with a camera that allows you to zoom in.  Well we took such a trip and we have such a camera and we have some photos that we would like to share.  Now our phone camera's didn't really do this justice because we had to go so far away to get a glimpse of these mansions; so the pictures are a little fuzzy.  No doubt the location of the "Bonco" and the strategic placement of the mansions within the Bonco was chosen to keep the filthy rich leaders obscured from the prying eyes of the wondering public.  Remember, this is a so-called "non-profit" organization that bunkoed or deceived or conned its people out of $millions$ saying that it was all going towards lost souls.

The Bonco is a double gated community with fences around it and not just anyone can drive into this cult compound.  There is a secret code that must be entered in at the gate or someone has to be called and let you in.  It has been said by those close to the borg leaders that if a person wanted to live in one of these houses, they would not be allowed to have their "sinner" family members visit them.  I'm sure there are many other controlling rules that are in place also.

Another way to get a glimpse into the secret lifestyles of the infamous Borg leaders would be from the road bordering the rear of their mansions.  Here is one photo of that view:

We mention the horse pastures because davis blasted one lady, Maria Moreno, saying she should love souls as much as she loves horses.  davis was accusing Maria of sinning because she paused and admired some horses while "souls are lost and dying and going to hell".  This accusation by davis brought against Maria in front of hundreds of her peers at the ministers' conference had her in tears.  We believe the borg leaders' constant bullying of the Moreno family and false doctrines contributed to that family's triple murder and suicide.  (To read more click here for Newspaper article or for related blog posts click here.)  We bring this up again because both the kekel and davis Bonco mansions border a property with a horse barn and pastures.  Check out the Google Satellite Image below and the video to see what we are talking about.  Be sure to read the full description of the video for more info.

Here is that satellite image again (below), but including the neighbor's horse barn (the white structure) and some of the neighbor's horse pastures...  This is the very pasture where we shot the  video "In Memoriam - Maria Moreno".  We did so because rodger wilson davis blasted Maria in a conference for stopping and admiring horses in a pasture while, in rwd's words, "Souls are lost and dying and on their way to hell."  Now the day we shot that video the horses were in a pasture south of the barn.  But had they been in the pasture north of the barn, davis would probably have a pretty good view of them from the back windows of his mansion, especially in the winter when the leaves are off the trees....  So is it davis who sits around in his mansion, looking at horses in a pasture while "souls are lost and dying and on their way to hell"?  What a hypocrite davis is for blasting Maria Moreno from the pulpit to humiliate her in front of her peers in the conference!

The Last Hope for Mankind? ntcc's "Us Vs. Them" False Doctrine

Us Four, No More:

It has been shared in conferences, and in many ntcc churches, that the ntcc is "the last hope for mankind in this lost and dying world".  If you happen to be a church member in a ntcc church, and you visit another church, you will be told something like this:  "God saved you in this church.  If all the other churches were right with God, why would God raise up  this church in these last days?"  Then the church 'in question' would be scrutinized by ntcc doctrine.  This could be done in a church service by a practice known as blasting other religions and denominations in a way that humiliates the church member that attended the 'unrighteous' church.

We have all seen this many times.  It takes place in a setting where others can learn the borg way and be admonished to tow the ntcc line or else....  It happens in Bible studies, church services and during fellowship.  It happened more frequently than I care to remember.  This will happen to you if you decide to go to another church.  It has happened to new members and not so new members.  It has happened to tithe paying = "faithful" members and to the unsuspecting Sunday church goers. [1st Time Visitor's Story Click To Read More]

If a person skipped a Sunday service or even a bible study, questions were sure to be asked. As he or she entered the tabernacle to attend this week's church service, the Pastor would be there to shake all of the unsuspecting church goers' hands and ask the most recent absentee the question: "We missed you last Sunday; What happened?" The "Church- Hopping" individual would then be expected to give an explanation in front of others as to why he or she was not in church.  Usually he or she would say something like, "My roommate invited me to his or her church" or "I decided to go to the post chapel."  While you and I know this is fine with God, it violates ntcc rules.  So the witchhunt begins.  More often times than not, the so-called ntcc 'pastor' [blaster] would make a mental note of this and begin to ponder how this might fit into today's 'message from Gawd'.

We all know what's getting ready to happen.  We've seen it many times.  And for some weird reason we've blindly accepted this anti-Christian behavior.  The Bible would open and something like this would be blurted out by the maniac behind the pulpit.

"I had a message all prepared about the love of God, but at the last minute Gawd changed it.  So now I'm going to speak to you about CHURCH-HOPPING!  *scowl*  *pause for effect*  CHURCH-HOPPING!"  The preacher is getting ready to establish a few things.

• First he is going to publicly humiliate the person who missed church by blasting him or her for attending another church.
• Then he is going to dissect the doctrine of the other church by using ntcc man-made doctrine.
• Finally he is going to instill fear into the hearts of everyone in the congregation so that they will be afraid to attend any other church.

Public humiliation was a tool used by Davis [and other ntcc hirelings] to keep people in line.  Everyone in the ntcc was taught by Olson or their local pastor 

• that Davis was "the first man up before the throne of God".
• Others thought Davis was  "The twenty fourth elder"
• that whatever Davis said came directly from the throne of God!

So public humiliation and 'blasting' people was learned behavior; it was emulated by every ntcc preacher that all of us ever listened to.  To be humiliated in front of your peers would either make you fear to step out of line ever again, or would make you mad enough to leave and never come back.

"The reason you went to another church was because you want a compromising religion that will allow you to live any way that you want."  This was stated more times than I could remember; it implies that the ntcc is right; and the 'other' church 'in question' is wrong.  It implies that if you go to that church it is because you are rejecting God and you want your sin!

Not only are you being singled out and humiliated, but, in many cases, you will be ridiculed and made fun of for attending 'another' church.  Cult jargon will be used:

Cult Jargon To Promote NTCC by Attacking 'Other' Churches:

• "You want sin; and you know you can't have it in this church."
• "This is Gawd's church."
• "We are the last move of Gawd on this earth."
• "Gawd has raised us up for such a time as this."
• "If all the other churches were doing right, there would be no need for Gawd to raise up US [the ntcc]."
• "But you think you know more than Gawd."
• "You go to another church so you can have your sin."
• "You're just a church-hopper!"
• "Gawd saved you here; He wants you to stay here."
• "If you really love Gawd, you wouldn't want to be anywhere else."
• "Sure there are 'other' churches out there; but if they were right with Gawd, they would do what we do."

Has anyone heard this stuff before?  I've seen ntcc 'preachers' point their fingers at the 'offenders' and scream at the top of ntcc lungs at them.  Is that how God treats His sheep?  I've seen visitors' and church members' faces get red and people tremble and cry because they are being humiliated in front of a group of people that they either barely know or consider friends and family.  Moreno Tragedy Click To Read More

The 'preacher' that "hides behind the pulpit" and dispenses out fear and rebuke usually gets his followers to do a lot of the ground work for him.  The "soul winner" is expected to get details from the "contact" as to why he or she was not in church.  What church did they attend?  What was the reason they went to that church?

Not Pure Holiness:  But A Man-Made Doctrine of "Us Vs. Them":

For every church there was an ntcc doctrinal explanation to  refute the other church's beliefs, claim they're wrong, and place them in hell for their doctrine.  To do this, ntcc had to create rules and doctrines that made them different than "all of the other churches".  "Holiness" was a term that the ntcc used to describe a movement that came about in the latter part of the 19th century.  This doctrine mandated outward appearance as required evidence of salvation.  I'm not making this up.  If you don't believe me, do some historical research.

The definition of holiness, as it was dictated to us by the ntcc, actually came about in the mid - to - late 1800's.  I guess before that God never required this type of Holiness.

The term 'holiness' was coined by religious groups to describe the way they looked and to distinguish themselves from everyone else, kind of like the Pharisees did!

Although Holiness is a biblical word that means to be set apart, it was the use of this word that was manipulated to create a set of standards that would exclude other groups from heaven by the way they dressed.  The ntcc also used many other man-made rules that governed aspects of their lives that can be found nowhere in the bible. Having to get permission to make everyday decisions that normal people make without consulting another man is an indication that you are in a cult and should send up red flags all over the place. But in the ntcc these rules are used to control you; and they are indicators of your 'faithfulness' to ntcc.

Strict adherence to rules set the ntcc apart from all other churches and caused people to measure themselves against all others and think that they were part of the last move of God on this earth.  But in reality this doctrine of division causes pride to take root, divides the members of the body of Christ,  and creates the "Us Vs. Them" mentality we are discussing here.

The Fear Factor

For a cult to be successful and to accomplish their goal, they must operate in an environment of fear.  Fear is used to keep people in their places; and it is also used to prevent people from ever questioning the so-called 'leaders'.  You know what will happen to you if you question the so-called "man of gawd".  You have seen it too many times.  You will be jacked up just like everyone else.  This fear keeps you in a place where you will never get anywhere.  It is counterproductive to what God wants in the life of a Christian.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 Jo 4:18

You cannot live in fear and have perfect love in your heart.  But fear is absolutely present in every ntcc church-goer's life.  It is used continually by ntcc to keep you in your place below them, and to keep you from questioning the powers that be.

Guilty or Forgiven?

Another primary function and role that fear plays in the ntcc members' lives is to make them blame themselves for everything that is wrong in their lives.  While we are ultimately responsible for our own decisions, we are manipulated to look inward at all of our defects and to ignore the root [ntcc] causes of them.

We were placed in an environment where we were led to believe that our 'leaders' all had the victory over sin.  But that is a lie; for it is written:

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 Jo 1:8

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. 1 Jo 1:10

We were also led to believe that if we didn't live the same lie as they did, we would die and go to hell.  As a result, those who leave the borg often blame themselves; when, instead, they are truly forgiven by God and accepted in the beloved:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 Jo 1:9

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. Eph 1:6

But some don't know these scriptural truths.  As a result of ntcc false doctrine that teaches them to blame themselves, sometimes for things that aren't even sin, when they leave ntcc, some of them loose every bit of self worth they ever had.  They live in fear and condemnation.  But it doesn't have to be that way.  When we confess our sin, God forgives us and accepts us in Christ.

Still Silent?

For others, they may not doubt their Christianity.  But years after leaving ntcc, they're afraid to say anything about "the organization" ntcc.  Why?  They were trained to "keep their mouths shut and pray".  They were told not to question the "man of gawd".  They were spiritually abused.  The abuse victim is more often than not, afraid of the abuser.  Guess what?  The ntcc never had the victory over all sin as they try to get you to believe; and if they say that they do, they are liars.  Their sin goes a whole lot deeper than smoking or drinking or cursing.  Their sins are much worse; because in the process of establishing their self-righteousness, and acquiring vast amounts of wealth, they have hurt the very ones that God intended to save!

This ntcc cult thrives; because it receives very little opposition.   Most people are afraid to share true stories of what they went through.  There are so many people out there that have been spiritually molested and taken advantage of while in the ntcc.  If we all spoke out, the ntcc would be out of business.  But many people keep the hurt bottled up inside because of fear.  Fear that if they speak against the ntcc, that they are speaking against God.  That just isn't so.  The Apostles pointed out false doctrines and false prophets and so did Jesus.  We should not fear doing the same!

The ntcc is NOT the last hope for mankind.  Who is?  God has made it clear that JESUS IS the last hope for mankind.  Now, thanks to ntcc religiosity,  many people are so sick to death of religion.  So I'm not going to sit here and try to ram anything down anyone's throat.  I will say that the ntcc is nothing like what God intended for his people.  Sending Jesus to die for our sins was the greatest act of love ever displayed in the history of mankind.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13

It's called grace; and it's something that NONE of us deserve.  Compare grace to ntcc doctrine and you will see how flawed they are.  We started this blog not just for the purpose of getting people to leave a cult, but to also let people know that Christianity does exist outside of the ntcc; and it exists in much greater abundance.

"You're Gonna Split Hell Wide Open"

You do not have to be a part of a ritual and be a member of some group to be a part of God's family.  Your spiritual choices are yours to make; but God is more than able to lead us and keep us without some abusive jerk dictating a bunch of controlling rules to us and using the fear of hell to keep us in the place that he wants us to be.

I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. 2 Ti 1:12

[There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Rom 8:1

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Rom 8:2

Notice this scripture says nothing about what church you attend.  It is talking about believing in Christ and what He did for us.  It talks about being led by the Spirit of life in Christ, not condemning ourselves under the law of sin and death or man-made rules made by some hypocrite who sees us as a gravy train.

The single most important step in the right direction for someone living in false condemnation like what ntcc dishes out, is to get as far away as you possibly can from the ntcc or any group that claims or implies that they are the the last hope for mankind!

That by two immutable things, in which [it was] impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: Heb 6:18

Touch Not Mine Anointed

One of the ntcc's favorite scriptures to twist and misapply is:

1Ch 16:22 [Saying], Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

From this scripture, ntcc get's its often repeated cult thought-stopping jargon:

"TOUCH NOT MINE ANOINTED"

In ntcc this phrase is interpreted to mean something very different than what God intended.  The ntcc says "TOUCH NOT MINE ANOINTED" means a person should never question the "MAN OF GAWD". [This is another cult jargon phrase that will require its own separate blog post.]  But does the scripture really mean that it is a sin to question or even challenge a person who claims to have been anointed by God?  Let's look at God's Word for answers.

David and Saul:

Both men were anointed by God.

• Saul:  1Sa 10:1  ¶ Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured [it] upon his head, and kissed him, and said, [Is it] not because the LORD hath anointed thee [to be] captain over his inheritance?
• David:  1Sa 16:13  Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.

**Note the correlation between being anointed and having the Spirit of the LORD.**

Both men were appointed to be king.

But Saul insisted on hunting David down as a dog to slay him:

1 Sa 24  Link

David fled from Saul.  But when he was cornered in a cave, a unique event unfolded.  Saul entered the cave to "cover his feet".  David's men thought God had delivered Saul to die at their hands.  BUT DAVID STOPPED THEM:

1Sa 24:6  And he said unto his men, The LORD forbid that I should do this thing unto my master, the LORD'S anointed, to stretch forth mine hand against him, seeing he [is] the anointed of the LORD.

1Sa 24:7  So David stayed his servants with these words, and suffered them not to rise against Saul. But Saul rose up out of the cave, and went on [his] way.

This is a clear example that "touching" involves physical harm and is forbidden by the Word of God.

BUT look what the Word records in the very next verses.  David goes out of the cave and TALKS to Saul:

1Sa 24:8  ¶ David also arose afterward, and went out of the cave, and cried after Saul, saying, My lord the king. And when Saul looked behind him, David stooped with his face to the earth, and bowed himself.

1Sa 24:9  And David said to Saul, Wherefore hearest thou men's words, saying, Behold, David seeketh thy hurt?

David then continues to TALK to Saul, while refusing to "TOUCH GOD'S ANOINTED":

1Sa 24:10  Behold, this day thine eyes have seen how that the LORD had delivered thee to day into mine hand in the cave: and [some] bade [me] kill thee: but [mine eye] spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth mine hand against my lord; for he [is] the LORD'S anointed.

Nowhere does David violate God's commandment to 

"TOUCH NOT MINE ANOINTED"

Yet David does TALK to Saul and challenge him for hunting David.

This is a clear example of a man of God, David, verbally challenging Saul to explain himself.  We know that God witnessed of David that he is a man after God's own heart [Act 13:22].  So David confronting Saul, the anointed king, for Saul's unrighteous behavior is clearly not a sin!

This is just one example of verbally challenging God's anointed that is not a sin.  It is "TALK", not "TOUCH"!  For other examples study God's Word recording Nathan challenging David regarding his adultery with Bathsheba and murder-by-proxy of her husband Uriah the Hittite [2 Sa 11 link, 2 Sa 12 link].  Read about the Apostle Paul rebuking the Apostle Peter, how Paul "withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed" "before [them] all" when Peter caused a "dissimulation", a schism in the body of Christ.  Think about what God is really saying [Gal 2 link].  Talking does not equal touching.

There is a right time to speak up against hypocrisy and deceit.

Maybe if Roland Moreno had stood up and challenged r. w. davis when rdub was railing on Roland's wife Maria (for looking at horses in a field) they'd all be alive today.  Roland, or even one of Roland's pastors who knew (about Moreno calling out the borg leadership about phil kinson's adultery with a hooker), could have stood up like David did to Saul  and questioned r. w. davis thus:

Why are you screaming at Maria when she didn't do anything wrong?

• It is not a sin to stop and look at horses in a field.
• davis, did you scream at your wife or daughter when she went to the Sea-Tac mall to spend hours shopping for more new clothes?
• Weren't "souls lost and dying and on their way to hell" while tanya and verna cackled over the latest fashion faux pas they saw in some poor store clerk's or bible school student's attire?
• Did you rail on your wife when the borg paid for your vacation in Europe where you shopped for fine crystal?
• Did you scream at your wives for coveting more and larger diamond rings when that money could have been given to the poor?
• Why didn't you rail on phil kinson for going to a whore for sex when "souls are lost and dying and on their way to hell"?
• Do you think the women in that brothel will ever accept Christ knowing a so-called preacher, phil kinson, is a bigger whoremongerer than all their other 'clients'?
• Why didn't you blame debbie johnson kinson for being so fat that phil didn't want to have sex with her, his own wife?  That is what you do to the wives of other men.
• Why the double standard r. w. davis?
• Don't you know that

And now they and their baby in Maria's womb and their precious little forever-young son Franky (Luis) are all dead; because davis wanted to protect jim johnson's son-in-law and hide philandering-phil kinson's adultery and promote that whoremongerer!

This stuff is important.  Think about what you have already seen in the ntcc.  Don't be a part of this murderous corporation.  They are not "of God".  They do not love souls.  They are just con-men on the take who don't care who gets used or destroyed or even murdered.  Don't be a part of that!  Instead, go to a church where the leadership exhibit the fruit of the Spirit [Gal 5:22-23] and demonstrate love for the brethren.

The bible says that all Christians are sealed by the Holy Spirit.  That means we are all God's anointed.  It also says that all Christians have the Spirit of Christ and the testimony of Jesus which is the Spirit of Prophecy.  As such we are all anointed and have the Spirit of Prophecy.   Additionally as Christians we are commanded to

Rom 12:10  [Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

When you do that then you can truly say you have fulfilled the scripture,

Psa 105:15 [Saying], Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

Kill the Whistle-blower, Promote the Adulterer: Sin the ntcc Way aka The Gossip Column

When Roland Moreno reported Phil Kinson's adultery with a whore, the ntcc began a calculated program to run the Morenos off, to cut them off and destroy their credibility within the ntcc.

ntcc does not want truth-tellers who blow the whistle on sin.

But ntcc does want adulterers like Phil Kinson and Rodger Davis.

So ntcc calls truth tellers "gossipers".  But then davis and kekel get up and "hide behind the pulpit" while spreading some of the biggest lies you will ever hear and hide online behind names like "The Whirlwind" to spread libel (written lies) about people.

Here's some of a comment we made in response to Nicole B.'s comment on a previous post.  It addresses the difference between gossip and truth telling by calling sin a sin:


You're so right, Nicole.  First of all, the ntcc leaders really do gossip all the time.  Just ask anyone who has spent time around the board members and their wives and you will know what gossip is.

Secondly, there is a time to air the dirty laundry; and it is not the sin of gossip.  The apostle Paul plainly wrote openly about the man who had sex with his father's wife.  Paul told the Corinthians to put the man aside so the man would repent.  Once he did repent, Paul instructed the Corinthians to receive the man again into the fold.

In ntcc, it does not work that way.  They ran off Moreno because he exposed Phil Kinson's adultery with a whore.

But they promoted the impenitent adulterer Phil Kinson.

ntcc is run by an impenitent adulterer, rodger davis.  Who will run you off if you don't kiss his butt.

That's the bottom line, folks.  Pun intended.

But it's not how God operates.  God wants people to confess their sins, not make excuses like "it's not adultery if you wear a condom".

God wants to forgive, not treat people so bad they murder their families and kill themselves.

ntcc hides the sin of their family members, while attacking real Christians even to death.

God sees this.  Will you?  Will you admit that it is not gossip to expose sin and support the person who has the Godly integrity to call adultery a sin?  Or will you continue in the ntcc excuse cycle, 'Pastor says...'

We fear for those of you who continue in the sins of these ungodly hypocrites.  Evil communications corrupt good manners.  Don't you think you should stand for Jesus MORE than you bow to davis and kekel????

Telling the truth to get people to repent used to be called preaching.  ntcc wants you to live in fear to their cult phrase 'gossip' while they go around and actually gossip spreading slanderous lies and libel.

People, God does not want you to be blown about by all the false doctrine put out by groups like the ntcc.  Grow up in grace and in the knowledge of the truth.  Get in your bibles and apply what you see.  Stop looking to davis and kekel to wipe your nose and tell you what to do.

Let the Spirit lead you.  Isn't that what the Bible says of the children of God?  They are to be Spirit led, not spoon fed by hypocrites like Phil Kinson who can't keep  his 'johnson' behind his zipper, that 3rd brownie out of his mouth, his hands off a 13 year old girl's butt, or even keep his marriage vows.  Come on people.  You don't need to follow a "leader" that can not control his own fleshly appetites.  Get real.  Look to GOD for your direction.  He will start by bringing you out of the controlling ntcc cult.

Phil Kinson's Adultery Impacts Moreno Murders: Roland Moreno Tragedy Begins to Unfold 8 Years After The Former New Testament Christian Church Member Allegedly Murders His Pregnant Wife, Young Child, Confesses to NTCC Pastor Jake Espinoza and Then Takes His Own Life.

This is a very tragic story and we take no pleasure in stories like this.  It's very sad that this tragedy ever happened and there are no words to describe how something this horrible could have happened as the result of a person being involved with what many consider to be a Christian Church.  The New Testament Christian Churches of America, Inc. masquerades  as a "non-profit" Christian church but they are a very deceptive cult that has a long history of behavior and actions that are not Christ-like.

We have been following some comments on Chief's Blog by an anonymous commentator that states that Roland Moreno was a member of the New Testament Christian Church in Okinawa, Japan.  The details shared anonymously by this person were that Roland was asked by his ntcc 'pastor', Phil Kinson, to give him a ride to "retrieve his wallet" and the place where Roland drove Phil Kinson to retrieve his wallet was a whore house.  It was shared that after Roland reported Phil Kinson for being at a whore house, it was "the beginning of the end" for the Moreno family but not for the Adulterer [Phil Kinson].  While Phil Kinson was moved from Okinawa, Japan, he was quickly promoted to overseer status.

Moreno was ostracized, black-listed and the whole mess was brushed under the carpet.  After carrying this burden around and being treated worse than the perpetrator of the adultery and sharing details of this with others, Roland Moreno reportedly shot and killed his pregnant wife and young child.  He then called his ntcc pastor, Jake Espinoza, and confessed to killing his family.  While it has been reported that Roland was seeking forgiveness, we don't know all the details of this phone conversation.  Roland Moreno reportedly then turned the gun on himself and pulled the trigger, allegedly ending his own life.

Also on Chief's Blog, Rev. Mathew Reed, who was also a former ntcc pastor of Roland Moreno, verified that most of the same details given by the anonymous person on Chief's Blog were also shared by Moreno with him.  Pastor Reed added that Moreno told him the details of Phil Kinson's adultery and the aftermath that took place in his own life.

 Phil Kinson said about
 his sex with a whore:
"It isn't adultery
 if you wear a condom!"
 So rest easy, Debbie Johnson,
 Feel-Good-Phil wasn't really
 cheating on you; just ask him;
 and he will tell you! *wink* NOT!  

Roland Moreno told Rev. Matt Reed that
Phil Kinson said: 


"It's not adultery if you use a condom!"  -- Phil Kinson  

Phil Kinson went on to bigger and better things in ntcc, pastoring their seminary's mega-chapel in Graham, Wa. while J.R. Ashmore took over the church in Okinawa.  Moreno's life was made miserable by Ashmore; who treated Moreno worse than Kinson; who was promoted.  Later, Former ntcc Pastor Mathew Reed confronted R.W. Davis the founder of New Testament Christian Churches of America, Inc. about Phil Kinson's admitted adultery.

Here is a comment that Pastor Reed left on Chief's blog:

MDR here. After reading the latest posts, I decided it was time to chime in. First let me say that I never wanted to go public with this, but evidently it's already out there and I didn't realize how many others know about it too.


After I became Roland's pastor, he told me he needed to talk to me because something was heavy on his heart. Let me just say that what you've read here is almost exactly what he shared with me.


I carried this for years and finally took it to RWD [R. W. Davis] in 2005, and told him I had a problem with his leadership. I pointed to the adulterer [Philip Arthur Kinson] and told RWD I couldn't understand how that he exalted that man to an overseer position.


[Rodger Wilson Davis] RWD had previously gotten up in conferences and made it abundantly clear if you committed adultery as a minister in his organization, that you would have your license taken from you, he would expose your sin to your wife, and you would never be a leader in his organization.

It bothered me because it was clear to me at that point that RWD would change the rules to fit his own agenda. After I approached RWD about this, his treatment toward me definitely changed.


NTCC resembles the church of Laodicea in every respect. It is filled with adulterers, adulteresses, and money-hungry thieves.

I can say this one thing: Thank God we are free and we rejoice in this fact every day, that we can serve God under His wonderful grace and not under the bondage of their manmade laws.

After speaking with Pastor Reed on the phone, Chief posted his thread entitled:  "Oh the Hypocrisy that Drove a Man to Murder and Suicide".  This thread gives an account of details that Pastor Reed shared with Chief via phone conversation and includes a link to a news report of the tragedy.

From Chief's blog [text in brackets added for clarity]:

This is a tough one. Not quite as easy as I [Chief] expected but nevertheless, here we go. There was a man in the NTCC by the name of Roland Moreno. Roland personally observed his NTCC pastor leaving a whore house in Japan. Roland confronted the pastor and a heated confrontation erupted between Roland and his pastor concerning the obvious impropriety and truly unchristian-like conduct committed by the supposed "man of God" [Philip Kinson]. According to the account which I was personally told, the pastor [Phil Kinson] said that his conduct didn't classify as adultery because he wore a condom during his sexual act with the whore. This pastors name was Phil Kinson!

Roland was somehow able to provide notification to the NTCC leadership concerning Kinson's misconduct and Mr. Kinson was later removed from Okinawa Japan and replaced by another minister. This is when Roland's big troubles began. The minister that replaced Mr. Kinson was Mr. [James Ross] Ashmore, and Mr. [James Ross] Ashmore promptly proceeded to blacklist and ostracize Roland Moreno. Never again was Roland Moreno treated justly by the NTCC leadership. The NTCC leadership to include R.W. Davis systematically targeted Roland Moreno and his wife from that point forward. Word to the wise; (At which point in time you elect to challenge the authority, credibility or morality of an NTCC pastor, you better be prepared to promptly leave the New Testament Christian Church for good). You'll never win that battle and Roland had to find that out the hard way.

At a later date, M.D. Reed had the fortitude and courage to confront R.W. Davis directly concerning this scandal. Pastor Reed wanted to know why RWD would promote Mr. [Phil] Kinson (who was known to have committed adultery) to the position of overseer within the New Testament Christian Church. R.W. Davis pointed his finger in Pastor Reed's face and essentially scolded Pastor Reed for involving himself in another man's adulterous affairs. M.D. Reed posted a statement on this blog, where you can read it on the previous thread.

Ultimately Roland Moreno was blacklisted by the NTCC leadership because he uncovered Mr. Kinson's sin. The blacklisting obviously occurred because Kinson is the son-in-law of an NTCC overseer [Jim L. Johnson] and in case you haven't figured it out yet, the NTCC is a family business. This resulted in Roland succumbing to extreme depression which caused him to [allegedly] take the life of himself and his family. Plainly put, "The NTCC leadership drove Moreno mad".

This is a true story which has been verified by the credible and reliable. I was told this first hand and to the best of my knowledge I'm reporting factual information. Make no mistake; double standard hypocrites who preach fire and brimstone will eventually be found out. This is tragic and truly sad for all parties involved. These crooked preachers need to do the honorable thing and leave the pulpit and stop judging everyone but themselves.

I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints (Mr. Moreno's blood and the blood of his family is on the hands of the NTCC leadership)

And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

In a comment left by Pastor Reed on Chief's thread, MDR also answered an anonymous comment that stated:

Anon said "I suggest to you that if Kinson committed this act, its possible that Gods grace just might be sufficient to forgive him of that heinous sin."

Once again, you try to deflect the topic from the real issue. Davis exalted this piece of work to a leadership position after HE SAID that would never happen in HIS organization.

If a man repents, that's between him and God, and I definitely don't have a problem with that. I told Davis that when I came to him about this situation. God's grace IS sufficient.

But I saw how Roland's wife, Maria, was treated in that conference, when Davis got up and unmercifully plowed her in the ground just because she wanted to stop and look at some of God's beautiful creation. He said that she should care for souls as much as she likes those horses. (I wonder if Davis, the Kekels or you ever had those thoughts when you're in the diamond stores or furniture marts. Hmmmm! After that service my wife and I were at the Moreno's van consoling Maria, who was crying uncontrollably because of what Davis said to her in that service. She asked me, "Pastor Reed, why did he say that to me? I've done nothing wrong."

And let me just say for the record, both Roland and Maria cared passionately for souls and brought many people to church. I would say they cared about souls far more than any of you hypocrites who deserve to be thrown on a dung hill.

You can try to brand Moreno as a nut, but you're the real nut job, and you're in a basket full of nuts. You'll never convince me that the unfaithful pastor/husband's [Phil Kinson's] actions and the subsequent treatment by other leaders [James Ross Ashmore and Rodger Wilson Davis] in the NTCC didn't have a part in Rolands mental demise.

The Morenos were among the most wonderful people that my wife and I have ever known, and anyone who knew them knows what I'm saying is true.

Ironically, in yet another tragic story, Pastor Jake Espinoza, who reportedly spake with Moreno on the phone just before he pulled the trigger which ended his own life, had a similar tragedy in his own family according to this unverified story submitted as a comment on Chiefs blog:

I heard the same story from somebody close to the espinosas.
Apparently their younger brother suffered from some type of mental illness and had a shoot out with the washington police.

He tried to kill his girlfriend and baby, but she was able to get away and call the police. I'm not sure if he killed himself or the police killed him.

Maybe you can find more factual info in the archives of the news there in puyallup because I wasn't around when that happened. I think the year was 07 or 08.

We have followed this story and decided to summarize what was shared in this thread so that people that search this story can find public details as reported by those close to this tragedy. We hope that people in the ntcc or those that consider attending the ntcc do a thorough examination into the affairs of the ntcc before deciding to attend.

Another NTCC Victim: Cori Lewis Murdered by Kelly E. Merz; Former NTCC Lay Pastor of New Testament Christian Churches of America, Inc. Cult Confesses to Murder, Leads Authorities To The Body Of Cori Lewis, Whom He Buried In A Shallow Grave In Graham, Washington Not Far From The NTCCA Bible School aka NTCS Seminary Compound

On the 13th of September, 2011 former Graham lay pastor Kelly Merz of the New Testament Christian Churches of America (NTCCA), Inc Seminary (NTCS)  was arrested and charged with first degree murder in Graham, Washington where the body of his 33 year old female roommate was found in a shallow grave.  Merz confessed to his former wife, Cherlyn, and later to police that he had shot Cori Lewis in the head and buried her under a few inches of soil and debris in Graham, Washington.  This tragedy has been covered extensively by Bruce Smith of The Mountain News -- WA:

Seminary / Bible School (NTCCA NTCS BS).  They also began acquiring real estate properties that they rented to fellow NTCC bible school students, a practice that continues to this day, despite both Merz having left the NTCC.  If you know NTCC, you know that it this is never heard of; people "in" "the organization (NTCC) DO NOT have contact with those who have left.  In religious circles this practice is called "disfellowshipping" or "shunning".

Although the Merz divorced in 2004 after 20 years of marriage, they had enough of a friendship that Kelly called Cherlyn and tearfully confessed to killing his roommate, a 33 year old woman named Cori Lewis.

This is an unspeakable tragedy that, in our opinion, is related to the Merz' long-time involvement in the New Testament Christian Churches of America, Inc.  Too many stories exist of ntcc putting extreme pressures on people.  Years of ntcc stress has caused many people to change drastically from who they were when they came into the ntcc.  One woman has shared that she was diagnosed with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stess Disorder) after her years of involvement with the ntcc.  We believe that is also likely in this situation.

Racism In Your NTCC (And Its Deadly Consequences):
For those who don't know them, Kelly Merz is a white man; and Cherlyn is a woman of color.  That should not matter.  But for those who know ntcc, they will understand what that means:

NTCC brags about being "a church of all nations".  But the ugly truth is that the NTCC has a well-documented history of putting down African Americans.  This prejudice stems from the head of the NTCC, rodger wilson davis and his son-in-law, NTCC CEO,  michael craig kekel.  From the pulpit and lectern racial slurs have abounded to include:

• slinging out the N* word
• teaching that "a white man who marries a black woman has low self-esteem"
• white-black "inter-racial marriages" "limit the ministry"
• rap music is "monkey" music
• corn rows or braids were forbidden
• a PONTIAC is just a "Poor Old N*gger that Thinks It's A Cadillac"
• and more

As awful as this racism is, it is just one area of extreme duress the Merz would be subjected to in the ntcc.  Other areas exist.  We really believe that if they were not entangled in the ntcc system of rules and prejudices, Kelly and Cherlyn would still be happily married today and Cori Lewis would be alive.

Sadly, that is not the case.

Our hearts go out to the family and friends of Cori Lewis, who, in our opinion, is yet another victim of the New Testament Christian Churches of America, Inc.
