Our Mission for the Coming Year

Reflecting back on the past year I realized that while we have spent much time exposing the ntcc for the hypocrisy that they are involved in, the purpose of what I feel is important sometimes seems to become lost in translation.  One of the primary reasons that we started this blog is to help people.  Not only to help folks get past their experience in the ntcc, but also to help people realize that they can be a Christian outside of the ntcc.  I don't know if this is a popular concept in the X-er community.  I realize that there are many folks that have chosen not to have anything to do with Christianity since they left.  I completely understand this; and  I respect the right for an individual to make their own decisions.  After being in a controlling and manipulative cult, the last thing that we want to do is to attempt to force-feed Christianity to anyone.

We are not here to condemn anyone or to imply that we have obtained perfection and are better than anyone else.  But what we would like to do is to help simplify a way of life that has been made complex and almost impossible to folks that were in the ntcc.  We have been very outspoken against the ntcc and will continue to be.  We see the ntcc as an organization that has ruined many lives; and we think it is very important to measure them by their own standards, their own words and by the book which they claim to follow strictly.  Most Xers experience life-lasting damage from their experience with the ntcc.  One of the very common denominators in the transition from the ntcc to the real world is that people lose hope in God.  They have been taught that the ntcc has a monopoly on Christianity and that outside of this organization there is no hope.  This is a common tactic of cults: to make their followers believe that they have the only true doctrine and an inside track to eternal bliss.

We think that the most important step of recovery must first be to realize that the ntcc is a harmful organization that is doing more to hurt you than it is to help you.  Once a person makes the decision to leave the ntcc, there is a recovery process that takes place.  Your mind has to be freed from the lies that have been instilled in your system of beliefs.  This is not something that happens overnight.  Knowing the bible as well as many X-ers do, there are good things and bad things that make up your belief system.  The basics are all there.  Salvation through the blood of Jesus, the difference between right and wrong and the choices we make.  Things begin to get blurry when we start talking about Grace and Mercy.  How much grace and mercy does God have toward us?  And does this give us a license to sin?

I want to share what I believe right now; and this is not cut and dry, or 'my way or the highway'.  This is what I have experienced; and I  hope that it helps someone.  I believe that Christianity is meant to be enjoyable; and that God is not looking down from heaven expecting us to fail.  I don't think that God has made Christianity so difficult and complex that we can't figure it out on our own.  I do think that God has given us His Word as a light and a map, directions to heaven.  I also think that prayer is very important in a Christian's life.  Beyond these two things I believe that our relationship with God becomes personal; and that He guides us and delivers us according to our ability to listen to what He wants in our lives.

 Freedom in Christ -
 Washed In His Blood!
When I left the ntcc, I had pretty much given up on God.  I didn't hate God; but I didn't love Him either.  I wasn't a Christian anymore;  but I tried my best not to curse Him or to mock Him.  I always thought that there was no way for me to get back to God because of the doom and gloom that was imposed on me by the false teachings of the ntcc.  I also experienced the freedom to make my own choices and decisions.  When Ange reached out to me and helped me without condemning me, against everything I thought possible, I came back to Christ; and it was real and meaningful!  I will forever be thankful to God and Ange for this second chance in life.  To me this is what mercy and grace is all about.  I can't think of anyone in this world that deserves God's love and grace less than I do; but Jesus loves me in spite of everything.  It's real every day.  I ask God for help every day and he steers me away from temptation and allows me to enjoy His creation and to enjoy my salvation.  I enjoyed my salvation somewhat in the ntcc; but there were so many limits to what you could do, and how you could live; that it all seemed to be more of a drudgery than anything else.  Strict rules that are not in the bible were imposed on us and they kept us down.  They held us back.  If God became great in our lives we were a threat to the ntcc leadership and were quickly beaten down into a place of subjection to men that had different motives and intentions.

Clone Conditions in NTCC -
You Are Okay IF You Obey
 The NTCC System of Rules
We were pure; but through time we became broken in their system of man-made rules and limits.  The longer we stayed, the more we became less like the children of God and more a part of an assimilation into an organization that kept us blind, powerless and in submission to the leaders of a destructive cult.

 Become One With Us:
 * In Rules We Trust *
I believe that it takes time to recover from this experience and that leaving the ntcc is a huge step towards recovery.  The problem is that when we leave we realize that we have become so dependent on the ntcc system and it's leaders that we have a hard time transitioning into normalcy.  Ordinary decisions that people make every day by themselves become difficult to process in our own minds because we have always had to "ask permission" or compare our ideas to those of our self-proclaimed leaders.  We have been so accustomed to rebuke and correction for every little decision we made that we seldom trusted our own judgement.  When and if our eyes are opened to the perversion of the gospel that we experienced inside the ntcc we realize that we are at a huge disadvantage having wasted such a large portion of our lives.  We were so indoctrinated and dependent on the ntcc that when we experience freedom it's overwhelming and many people find themselves institutionalized into believing they can't survive on their own.  We were not accustomed to using our own brains in the ntcc; and our rationalization skills were non-existent.

I am a middle-aged man; and it took 13 years in the ntcc and 14 more years of freedom from this cult to realize that I could be a Christian without them.  Because of this realization, it is now more important than ever to try to help folks get out and to help those that are out.  We hope that in all that we do, we can help people.  We realize that people have been bible thumped to death by the ntcc; and that many are not looking for spiritual advice.  We have chosen the Christian path for ourselves; but we also hope that what we write helps people to make responsible decisions regarding their own future.  One thing that we will always do is point to the obvious; and there are many blatant and obvious examples of hypocrisy and evil in the ntcc.  We will point this out; because the ntcc has imposed their standards on the masses and felt no obligation to live accordingly themselves.

We welcome all points of view on this blog; and we try to be real here.  Most people that frequent this blog have been part of the ntcc or a similar cult.  Knowing that people have been fed a steady diet of cult doctrine mixed with Christianity we try to be careful not to turn anyone completely off by preaching to them; and we endeavor to not look down on anyone, as was the practice of the ntcc.  All one has to do to realize that the ntcc is a cult is to look at the life of Jesus and compare it to how the ntcc leadership operates.  They are direct opposites.

We wish everyone a Happy New Year and a prosperous 2012!

ntcc: A Money-Making Pyramid Scheme

In a comment on our thread titled "Dog Show or Winterfest" April said,

"BUT,have you really been called of God? Ntcc is a Organization based on FALSE teachers. So how can it be of God?"

That's a good question April. The answer is that they "have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof." I believe that there are people saved in the ntcc, and called to preach even; but there is so much other garbage going on that God can't move. God can't bless unrepented of sin. When people gather together and call on God, God moves. But this is all they have to hang their hat on is "a feeling."

When I was in the ntcc, I believe that I was saved; but it was a shallow, restrictive Christianity. We were too critical of everyone around us to be effective. This critical attitude was taught and nurtured by the pastors in the Servicemen's homes and imitated by the members. But guess what? Do you think that the pastors learned this behavior on their own? It was taught to them by davis, kekel and the rest of that bunch up in Washington.

I used to bring carloads and vanloads of people out to church; but what was I really doing? Not only were they run off by the Holier than thou attitude we had, but we probably turned them away from ever wanting God. People like you and me still got saved; but how could God have blessed us in an environment where so much tearing down of the brethren took place?

I know I had good intentions; and I'd like to think that I led people to Christ. But just about every person that I know of that I invited to church has been run off. Out of 13 years of work, and bringing thousands of people to church, can God not keep one person? I'm not bragging about how many people I brought to church, but just trying to figure out what happened to them all.

I think that the ntcc is built like a multi-level marketing pyramid scheme. The highly esteemed rdub was a salesman at one time and if you look at the model of AMWAY or NIKEN or any other pyramid scheme, you'll find that they are cults in and of themselves.

They introduce you into their sales gimmick without telling you all the details up front. You have to go out to one of their meetings first. (Sound familiar?)

Then they try to make you feel that you are going to be a part of something unique and special. (Love Bombing.)

They show you the success stories of the rich and famous within their organization. (Supposing gain is godliness. So that you can have men's persons in admiration because of advantage. [So you can admire them, and suck-up to them because of the money and power they have.])

And tell you that it's a numbers game. You don't have to do any sales yourself, all you have to do is get them out to a professional sales pitch meeting (church); and the ones that have the experience in convincing people to spend money on stuff they don't want will get the sales for you (preachers / hirelings)...

Oh, and by the way, there is an initial investment (building funds, church budget offerings) usually over a thousand dollars and a monthly investment that they now call autoship (tithe and offerings), where you buy $100 per month of their product to get to the next level. If you get ten people to one of their meetings, one person will show enough interest to get ten more people out to one of their meetings; and then it's supposed to multiply.

But what you end up with is:

  • A bunch of suckers that have spent thousands of dollars on a bunch of worthless junk.

  • And 99% of the people involved never succeeding.

  • And 1% that are getting filthy rich off of the work off the backs of a bunch of suckers.

That's how ntcc works:

  • You invite droves of people out to church.

  • And one or two might get genuinely saved.

  • But then after years of being beaten down they end up leaving.

What have you accomplished?

You brought thousands ($$$,$$$) in tithe to the church; so that the fat cats in Graham could support their lavish lifestyles!

They sing about victory in Jesus, but where is their victory? They might have some conferences that God supposedly moves in; but after the joy and the worked up frenzy is gone then comes the plowing and beating down of the brethren.

It's all about the very few prospering off of the very hard work of many. Let's say ntcc has 10,000 people in it now: 9,000 are just "playing church" and 1,000 are truly dedicated; and 900 of these 1,000 of them will be beaten down and left for dead. What you have left is 100 that are either the rich and affluent or the few hold outs that think one day "they too will be like mike" [kekel].

ntcc is a pyramid money-making scam. Nothing more, nothing less. It is evil of them to dress it in robes of religion; but that is what satan does. He acts like he knows God's word better than you do [Thou shalt NOT surely die.] he spins a lie, hoping you will bite into the forbidden fruit and perish.

But we don't have to fall for satan and ntcc's devices. We have the Holy Spirit to teach us the truth, inspiring men and women to expose these FALSE teachers in ntcc; just as April has pointed out.

Driving Wedges Part 1: NTCC 'Leaders' Sow Discord and Drive Wedges, Breaking Up Marriages, and Families, and Friendships

In a recently deleted article that m c kekel was ashamed to have on his supposed church-blog, m c kekel said:

"creeping among you, ostensibly as your friends, while sowing discord and driving wedges." -- m c kekel, ntcc ceo

kekel made this false accusation against people who have left the ntcc.  It is a typically cultish, baseless, and broad-brush accusation with nothing to back it.  But kekel makes this accusation hoping to instill fear in his followers (and they are more aptly described as followers of mikey, than followers of Jesus)...  Yes, kekel makes these statements to drive wedges into the hearts of his followers to persuade them to forsake any friend or family member who no longer attends the ntcc.  And then kekel tries to deny that the ntcc is a cult?  Please, people, let's put on our thinking caps and consider this:

If your cult leader demands loyalty to him and his cult above all other things, you are in a cult that has become your idol and taken Jesus off the throne of your heart where Jesus should be.  If you say you are a Christian, your first loyalty should be to Christ.  You should keep His commandment to love one another.   Jesus did not say love those who attend only the ntcc cult!

kekel is driving wedges and separating members of the body of Christ from one another; because he does not want you to follow your friend out the door to freedom in Christ, freedom from man-made rules, freedom from lying hypocrites who want full control over you and your friends and family.  No, kekel can not afford to lose you just yet.  Someone has to pay his bills for him.  (And clean his wife's house for her; and do his wife's grocery shopping for her; she is soooo busy shopping at Nordstroms and Macys!)  These are facts, friends.

Friends do not take advantage of you.  Friends do not play you by emotionally abusing you and accusing you of not loving God if you don't come and worship them by doing things for them that they can and should do for themselves!  Manipulators do that.  Despisers do that.  Let's get the facts straight!

kekel and davis are manipulators and despisers!  They only pretend to be your friend long enough to get what they want from you.  Then they despise you (literally set you at nought) and throw you away like a used diaper wipe.  Fact.
If the cash stops flowing, they will send an "Overseer" to find out why and get the cash rolling again, even if that means replacing you.
When was the last time kekel or davis called you just to chat as friends?  When was the last time they helped you change the oil in your car?  Have they called and wished you a Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary?  Do they even know what city you live in or where you have been working for them?  All they know is if the cash stops flowing, they will send an "Overseer" to find out why and get the cash rolling again, even if that means replacing you.  Facts.

Who is sowing discord?  kekel and davis sow discord between husbands and wives as they separate married couples by driving the wedge of cult-imposed sterility through their vasectomy 'policy' [rule] and devil-inspired man-made lie that they teach, claiming that "children hinder the work of GAWD."
kekel and davis sow discord and separate married couples by driving the wedge of cult-imposed sterility through ntcc's vasectomy rule... claiming "children hinder the work of GAWD" even though the man who taught that adopted a daughter...
creeping amoung you, ostensibly as your friends tanya kekel and verna davis will call your wife while you are out earning the money that pays them to make that call.  As you sweat and labor, they are whispering in your wife's ear that she should leave you to marry a "real man of God"....

davis and kekel are promoting cult-endorsed adultery, encouraging your spouse to leave you and get a divorce for non-biblical reasons!  They want to make your spouse and the next person who marries your spouse adulterers; as the Bible clearly teaches that people who obtain divorce for reasons other than fornication and remarry are adulterers.  I did not write the  Bible.  You know that is what it says.
Leaving ntcc does not automatically make one an unbeliever!
Well what about the verse about "if the unbelieving depart the brother or sister is not under bondage"... True.  But leaving ntcc does not automatically make one an unbeliever.  Nor does it give the remaining ntcc spouse a green-light to remarry within the ntcc.  Face it folks, ntcc is not God.  Leaving ntcc does not equal leaving God.  Or it should not.  In fact, many find a much sweeter and closer walk with the Lord after getting rid of the ntcc false doctrines of devils.
ntcc is not God.  Leaving ntcc does not equal leaving God!  Or it should not...
Furthermore verna davis and tanya kekel should never counsel you on who to marry or divorce.  There is no scriptural basis for that. I've never read in the bible of one person asking Paul the Apostle who they could talk to, date, or marry.  The bible never records one instance where Peter the Apostle told a single man he could not talk to a single woman; because she was going to bible school; and he was still in the Army.

The fact that davis and kekel even get involved in these matters makes me think they are busy-bodies!  They have too much time on their hands; because you and your wife do all their work for them.   They limit whom you can and can't date by making rules about who talks to whom. They are match-making.  And when one spouse realizes what a farce the ntcc is, ntcc then starts to drive in those vasectomy and divorce wedges???!!!
They limit whom you can and can't date by making rules about who talks to whom. They are match-making!
And davis sows discord amoungst fellow building crew members to see who he can use the most, making fun of Russ Mears, saying, "That man has all the fire of a fire-fly."  Using this cheap-shot behind Russ's back to see who [Dustin Smart] is the most ambitious and willing to throw a friend under the bus by laughing at this comment in order to suck-up to davis.  Facts.

Face it people, you are being played as fools every day you stay and pay your tribute to davis and kekel.  Friends don't talk bad about you.  Friends spend time with you.  Friends reciprocate.  And friends will tell you the hard cold facts and let you think about it.

  • Friends don't talk bad about you.
  • Friends spend time with you.
  • Friends reciprocate.
  • And friends will tell you the hard cold facts and let you think about it.
