A Blog Post From Kat - Broken Rules, Double Standards and "Renewed Vows"

I DO! . . . . . promise to break any rule I want!!

Well, well, well, congratulations is in order for the Kekel's - seeing how they recently renewed their wedding vows. Oh but wait, no need to stop just there. How many of you got married in an ntcc cult chapel and were told nothing fancy? How many of you ladies had to wear something simple, no fancy decorations, well no decorations period? How many of you had no big reception, or no reception either? How many men just wore their "Sunday suit & tie" to tie that not?

I believe you all raised your hands. Then please someone tell me WHY the kekel's had a HUGE whoopty doodles to renew their vows? Yes, the big fancy, extravagant dress; the fancy dresses for the flower girls. OH and did I mention the trains on the dresses? How about the decorations? How about the decorations in the fellowship hall? The crystals and glitz and glamour of it all. Nice wedding cake too! WOW

So these folks never cease to amaze me! And those that were there watching all this, what did you think? I bet you wanted to question how they can but you cant and didn't have the ability to do so because deep inside you there is fear and the brainwashed idea of you can't speak up. WELL follow your gut. If you thought it, you were probably right! I don't write this blog in hate. I write it in love to say it's just not right! I wouldn't give into my curiosity because of the brainwashing but thank GOD that I finally listened to Him. You have 2 voices in you. The one that is God telling you this isn't right has been beaten down by the brainwashing voice you hear saying it's not of god to question. Well God says it is. Need scripture to prove it? Message me and we can go there.

Tanya Relaxing After Renewing Her Wedding Vows or Not?

Another thing that is bothering me that just happened yesterday; I was gone all day. Knock, knock, knock - guess who? It was them cult folks out there Soul winning". My son said yeah my mom used to go there and they went on and on and on. They told my son, 'do you remember Sister Eaton's son, Christian?' and my son said yes. They went on to say, 'well his mom stopped coming too but he still comes without her. he doesn't have to and you can too.' Ok I MUST share, since they are using this young man for an example YET it wasn't too many years ago as a young teen, he was investigated for molesting children of an ex ntcc member. The church dismissed it b/c she left and she "Had a truckers mouth". WHAT!!!! What does a truckers mouth have to do with a serious allegation such as this? Yes, it ended up not going very far with the police and I will tell you why . . . . . THEY - ntcc gave credibility for this boy b/c he and his mom attended church. ***Now I am not going to say he did or didn't do it BUT children don't usually know how to say sexual things happened to them just from imagination. It came from somewhere and her children said he did. I do know for an absolute fact that he used to babysit for the mother of the small children. She never allowed it after that. This all comes directly as I recall it b/c I was friends with both mothers at the time.

It's a sad place I'm telling you to twist the rules to work for the kekels and to protect the alleged of such things and they ALWAYS do it. Yes, no church, no place is perfect and each has there share of people as such but why folks do you follow this kind of 'church'/cult? If you have that deep intuitional instinct of run, you should! If you have that instinct of ask, you can but they're just going to treat you like the devil if you do - so I'd plan on leaving after asking, or better yet, just leave and find that God really isn't a slave master. He's a love master and he wants to love and bless you!

We will be commenting on Kat's blog when we get a chance. We wanted this to get exposure. If you are as sick to your stomach about this as we are, we ask that you leave a comment on Kat's blog. Any comments left here, will be addressed as soon as we can get to them, as we have not been able to give this the attention that it deserves. I will say that the first thing that comes to mind when reading about the Kekel's renewed wedding vows is that they are trying to create a distraction to cover up some underlying scandal. I will say that shortly after Kinson's infidelity was brought to light publicly on the blogs, he displayed a lot of public affection to his wife on facebook, and the same thing with Nichelle Tieman. She also felt the need to publicly share on facebook how much she loves her husband Dave Tieman. Does anyone see a pattern here? You don't see any other board members or wives that weren't outed publicly saying how much they love their cheated on spouses. What a joke. It's all just public damage control because word gets around.

If you are offended by this than get over it. David committed adultery and not only did he confess it to God but he confessed it to man. Read the books of Psalms, Samuel and Kings. As for the Kekels, I find it odd that they suddenly have the need to renew wedding vows with a big expensive throw down, flaunting their wealth and flashy apparel in front of all the couples who were admonished to have private and modest weddings. What a bunch of hypocrites.

And once again we hear another instance of a child molester being protected by the ntcc, while the victims are degraded, discredited and run off. What a sick bunch of people. If you are a part of this cult, you need to escape for your life and find a healthy church or go somewhere and clear your head for a while until you can see what's going on around you. Those of you who were around when all this stuff was preached against are living a lie. I know that there are lots of folks that are hypocrites in the ntcc but for those of you that know this stuff is wrong, how long are you going to be two- faced? How long are you going to go along with it?

A question that should be asked is: Why does two born again Christians need to renew there wedding vows? Which one of the kekels needs reassurance, or was it all was done just for show and to prove what? Also is that not worldly?

Edna and I got married at Holly Hills right after finals at about 10PM. We have exactly one photo from our wedding, which is of Edna talking to Dennis Watson and me in the background. Weddings were disparaged, but I do remember that Mike and Tanya's was a bit flashier than the rest. Glad to be out of that demented circus.

NTCC is saturated with hypocrisy, Inside and out. I know a couple that was married in NTCC that because of NTCC have NO PHOTOS, or anything that was taken to remind them of their wedding. NOTHING! NTCC wedding were pretty much always done in a very cheesy way. But I'm sure that Mike and "two ton" Tanya spared no expense. I wonder if they went to Las Vegas after it was all said and done. The thing about it is the fact that they do it out in the open where everyone can see it. I shouldn't get all worked up about it the way that I do, But I despise this type of behavior. My wife says that I seem to think that God put me here for the sole purpose of calling people on the carpet for their BS (Baloney Sandwiches, In case either Mike or 2 ton Tonya are reading this) and hypocrisy.(sigh)

I've never heard of anyone in the ntcc renewing vows before. Did the Kekel's first wedding have no meaning or was this all just another excuse for the Kekels to have more tithe payers money spent on them? Maybe someone that understands this better can give some input, but from what I understand is that you shouldn't have to renew your vows unless they were broken at some point. I mean isn't a marriage vow supposed to be for life? What are we missing here?

Vic,

That's pretty sad but seems to be in keeping with ntcc tradition. I'm glad that they were able to squeeze you in to thier busy schedule. I'm sure Sunday would have been too busy and draw undo attention to a couple joining together for life.

Maybe they were trying to diminesh the importance of marriage so that when they began to promote thier adultery on demand campaign it wouldn't have as much of an impact. A demented circus is a good description.

Mark,

No photos and no tape recorders were allowed into any of the church services I ever attended the only exceptions being for a brother in the field or one time in Korea when Ramirez went to ministers retreat in the states, he wanted to hear what we were preaching in his absence.

Some pirate copies of "That which can not be shaken" by Ashmore and "Get right or get left" by Blumenthal were hot commmodities back in the 80's and we used to listen to them in secret so we wouldn't get jacked up by our local-yokel Pastor. I actuallt had a pretty good collection of Ashmore, Blumenthal and a few others back in the day. We were not allowed to let anyone new listen to them for some reason.

It seemed like the preacher that screamed the loudest and frothed at the mouth would be the most highly esteemed. We would get worked into a feeding frenzy and we would shout and jump out of our chairs when the decibles rose and the strict preaching of man made rules and doctrines were used to sharply rebuke those in attendance.

Davis used to preach against cameras and tape recorders as if they were a sin. Looking back on it all, it seems quite secretive and almost paranoid to place such emphasis on faithful people taking pictures.

DnA my thoughts are the same as yours. The bible teaches that a man should love his wife even as Christ loved the church and gave him self. I wonder, at what point that kekel stopped loving his wife, because if he never stopped loving her, then why would there be a need to renew wedding vows? Its very telling, with a beautiful mansion, fancy cars, and clothing, rv's, overseas trips, plenty of money and a father inlaw who is both founder and pastor. they should want or need for nothing. something just don't sound right.

DISAPPOINTED,

Love, honor and cherish till death do you part. For what reason would a person need to renew this vow? Either they didn't mean it the first time or they did something to break it. It's not like re-enlisting for another hitch in the Army. Nor is it like signing a 2 year lease on an apartment.

There is so much hypocrisy in the ntcc and it starts at the very top and spreads like a disease throughout the body.

Salvation is a very serious, serious, matter. However I cannot help but laugh, when I think about the ignorance of some of ntcc followers who believe that davis is one of the twenty four elders. Iam sure that some of the ones that are really mention in the bible may have something to say about that. Such as an in no particular order: Abraham, Isacc, and Jacob, Moses, Samson, Joshua, Isaiah, King Solomon, King David, and what about Job and Jonah, Steven, and Paul, Peter, John the baptis, all the past and present catholic priest, oral Roberts, rev falwell, Billy Graham, TD Jakes, Creflodollar, etc etc iam sure all these folks would have a problem with davis being one of the twenty four rlders.

My point is because Ntcc of America followers, vision is so small, they cannot see beyond davis and kekel which makes it easy for them (the followers) to be manipulated. Davis or kekel character does not even come close to the Godly men and women mention in the bible.

We usually try to comment on everything but sometimes life keeps you busy. We have been working hard and focusing on our future lately, which is something that most ntcc'rs are not allowed to do. We feel that this blog is very important and exists due to a passion that we have to shed the light on the corruption that exists in the ntcc. There are times when we might step away for a little while but we will always read and post your comments.

We get quite a few hits every day and even more when we post new articles.

I agree with you DISAPPOINTED on how small the ntcc vision is. They have excluded everyone except for their own congregations from heaven and most of the hirelings in the Organization will preach that even some of them aren't going. Davis and Kekel are perfect examples of how not to live for God. Their flamboyant lifestyles speak volumes if you are looking for examples of hypocrisy and living contrary to God's word. If you looked up the word: Hypocrite in the dictionary, there should be a picture of Davis and Kekel right next to it because they define the word better than anyone on the planet.
