When I first started learning about the bible, I was surprised to find that some things in the bible were examples of what NOT to do. For instance, Peter boasting he would follow Christ to death, when in actuality, the Lord had to pray that Peter's faith would not fail; as it is written:
Luk 22:31 ¶ And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired [to have] you, that he may sift [you] as wheat:
Luk 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
Luk 22:33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.
Luk 22:34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
I used to think everything in the bible was something to imitate. But this story of Peter's boasting taught me something. Some things are recorded so we will not do them; so we will know what to avoid. Look at this picture:

I'm sure the people who made this cereal thought they were following a biblical pattern for a great meal. But those who know that portion of the scripture, know it is an example of impending judgment:
Eze 4:9 (partial) ¶ Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, ...
Eze 4:12 And thou shalt eat it [as] barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight.
Eze 4:13 And the LORD said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, whither I will drive them.
As even krazy kekel once pointed out, anything you cook over a flame absorbs the flavor of the smoke. Think of mesquite barbecue (bbq)... Ezekiel was not using wood, but dung to cook this food. Eewww. Yuck! Clearly that is not something to be admired or imitated!

So just like those cereal manufacturers, some of you have joined ntcc, thinking it is an example of what to do; thinking they will teach you how to draw near to God. But they are actually pushing you farther away from God, by teaching devilish doctrines of men.
Mar 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
Instead of the savor of life that comes from the Spirit-led walk of Christianity lived according to God's Word, the ntcc pattern yields a savor of death.
2Cr 2:14 Now thanks [be] unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
2Cr 2:15 For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:

Spot on. I also remember this preacher's wife getting rebuked for volunteering at a nursing home by Davis . She was being accused of wasting time and letting people die and go to hell because she was doing busy work for people who already made their choice. Nice

Wow SG. Thanks for the input. Was davis blasting that lady during conference or fellowship meeting or what? Looking back, it is easy to recognize the cult jargon that davis uses in this blatant attack on Christian charity and pure religion before God. People have been "dying and going to hell" since the fall in the garden of Eden. One woman allowing the Holy Spirit to lead her to demonstrate real godly love in action is not causing anyone to turn away from God. She is drawing souls to Christ by love in action. You can be sure davis had some evil ulterior motive for slandering this woman. Perhaps her husband had witnessed one of the ntcc board members or prominent preachers coming out of a whore house; like what happened to the Moreno family. davis is so demonic as he tramples souls from the pulpit all to keep his power base and build himself an empire on earth!

Davis rebuking the preachers wife for volunteering at a nursing home is like the Pharisees rebuking Jesus for healing the man with the withered hand on the Sabbath. Jesus asked, "Is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath"? Mar 3:4. Davis is just like the Pharisees. Davis is so devilish. Why do people continue to follow that devil?

It seemed like Davis would always rebuke folks if they wanted to do anything for anyone outside of the ntcc. He did not want your money being spent for some charity or your time being donated to a cause other than his own. He wanted all of your money and time to go to him. If you spent money helping the sick or homeless, he figured that you were spending money that should be going toward his own lavish lifestyle. If you gave of your time to a charitable cause you would get rebuked for not caring about lost and dying souls within the ministry you were supposedly called into. It was all about money and numbers. If you were not giving you needed to be searching for givers (soul-winning). The ntcc is like a gigantic sponge that will never stop soaking up all of your resources. Davis and Kekel are big sponges. They are worthless individuals that take and never give. They have their treasure on this earth but to obtain it they have sold their souls to the devil. If heaven is filled with people like Davis and Kekel, hell would have to close up shop.
