Ezekiel 12:11

Say, I 'am' your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them: they shall remove 'and' go into captivity.

"He loves a house more than God:" *Bonco* Mansions of kekel (l) and davis (r). Meanwhile, on the mission field: ntcc Missionaries to the Philippines "Rev. and Sis. Mackert ... found a place, 9 feet by 14 feet [9'x14'] and one bathroom. It is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. The last place they had stayed, they had to share a common bathroom with the other tenants! Yikes! This place has their very own private bathroom, although the Rev. shared there is no seat on the throne, and no way to attach one…." from The Devonshire Files Sunday, May 28, 2006 Visit from the Mackerts (5/06). ** Should you know where the money ($$$$$) goes? **

Jesus In The Temple

Matt 21:12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, Matt 21:13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Gal. 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. 1 John 4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Skip To Blue Letter Bible Search Tool

Wisdom from the Past and Present

While reading some of the topics on old Factnet, I found many topics that are very telling of cult behavior in the ntcc.  Some of this stuff has been rehashed on the blogs fairly recently; and other things have been forgotten.   I figure now is as good a time as any to bring up some of this stuff.  Our hope and desire is that people that attend the ntcc or are thinking about attending will see the warning signs and red flags that are waving in their faces and get while the getting is good.  Here are some of the topics that are worthy of repetition:

 Purdy Pweez Pastor
 Massah May I ... ???
1.  Asking permission.  Pastor is it alright if I go over to another brother's house to fellowship with him?  Pastor is it alright if I get a ride to church from another brother?  Pastor is it alright if I call a former pastor or member of the ntcc church that I used to attend?  Pastor, is it alright if I go visit my parents?  Pastor is it alright if I go to my father's funeral?  Pastor is it alright if I take a week off and visit relatives on the way to conference?  Pastor is it alright if I use money out of the general fund to fix the leaking roof because you won't allow me to use any of the hundreds of thousands of dollars sitting around in an escrow?  Pastor is it alright if a brother answers the church phone when I'm using the bathroom and my wife is slaving over the hot stove and doesn't want to burn dinner? Pastor is it alright if I get a job that requires me to work a few hours on Saturday if it doesn't interfere with the church schedule? Pastor do I have to pay tithe on my income tax returns?  Pastor is it okay if my wife goes to the hospital to visit a sister by herself?  Pastor can I ask that almost divorced sister if she will talk to me 'on the wall' tonight? ~"Sure, brother, go ahead."  Pastor can I ask that single sister if she wants to talk to me 'on the wall' tonight?  "No."  Pastor, Pastor, Pastor?

The sad thing is that most of the answers to these questions are "No!" or "You are going to do whatever you want to anyway!" --  using fear to make you decide against doing what you think is right.

2.  Quotations:

 with his Rolex and
 diamond pinky rings
 all davis needs to
 complete his pimp
 davis outfit is the
 fur coat and hat
 ensemble ~ r w
 wouldn't want
 a n*gg*r to show
 him up, right?
     a)  "You might as well get saved because if you live in this house  you are going to live by my rules."  ~The 'great apostle' [yeah, right, whatever] speaking to his adopted half-Filipina daughter in all his wisdom~

     b)  "No one on earth cares about souls more than I do."  ~another quote from R W Davis that could be true only if you look at people as money like rdub does ~ [ahem]

     c)  "Don't expect me to get all excited when you tell me your wife is pregnant."  ~R.W. Davis, with the exception of the birth of his grandson Grant Kekel.  ~

      d)  "...N*gg*rs..." ~ rodger wilson davis proudly proclaims from the pulpit his twisted view of all African Americans, including those he exploits as Uncle Tom token blacks. ~

     e)  davis taught he saw a preacher loading his wife in a fur coat into a Cadillac.  davis declared he wanted to "know what that man knew".  But davis was really saying he wanted what that man had (coveteousness / lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, and the pride of life.)  And now he has it; thanks to his system of con-games. ~

     f)  "Everything I have now, God gave it to me."  ~RWD's quote can be translated:  Everything I own now was purchased with your tithe dollars .  He's not satisfied with the Jubilee model Rolex you already purchased for him.  Now he wants the Presidential to show off your sacrifice = stupidity.  ~

     g) "You must have taken a whole bottle of stupid pills." ~ rw davis rails on the ministers in another semi-annually required conference that forces men to lose their jobs and struggle on in poverty while giving all they have for another r w davis mansion to be built.  ~

     h)  "What is told to me in confidence will go with me to the grave."  ~RWD and others have betrayed Pastoral confidence of their church members and used the pulpit to publicly blast people on the very confessions they made in confidence. ~

      i)  "There is only one teacher in this organization, everyone else is just an extension of my ministry."  ~Rodger Davis ~ [how humble]

      j)  "Brethren, this organization IS Pastor Davis."  ~Joe Olson~ [Need we say more?]

Many of the above quotes were mentioned on Factnet by various people; but I and many others have heard them also.  We could write a book about all the material covered on Factnet; but we are going to keep this short and sweet.  If anyone would like to contribute feel free.

ntcc Delinquent In Filing For Tax-Exempt Status

An article appearing in the Colorado Springs Independent described ntcc's late status for filing with local authorities in El Paso County, Colorado for ntcc's tax exempt / nonprofit status:
For New Testament Christian Churches of America Inc., at 1219 Yuma St., the delay was caused by workload. "The organization is in the process of finishing up the paperwork," Pastor Mark Usrey said in mid-October. "It's one person in our organization that takes care of all of it. It's quite a heavy workload."
He predicted the matter would be settled within days, and it was.
We find it interesting that ten ladies will voluntarily clean tanya kekel's house for her once a week without pay; and yet ntcc has only one person in their organization that takes care of all this important filing for tax exemption status???  It's comforting to know that ntcc has its priorities straight...  So straight that they have plenty of time to publish spiritually invigorating articles, such as this quoted gem from ntcc's Trumpet - article removed magazine [Scroll down to find the highlighted "New Testament Christian Churches of America" to see this 'inspiring' piece;-)  Oops, the cache was cleared.  The borg deleting finger must be busy again!]   With "so many souls lost and dying and going to hell" it is a comfort to know that the ntcc has "time for what is important" as r w davis was so concerned with teaching us; yelling these two quoted things through the PA system during his bible school (bs) classes!

It is also interesting, well, actually, AMUSING to see that Rev. Usrey "predicted the matter would be settled within days..."  (Source Link (Same As Above):  Colorado Springs Independent)  We can only imagine what happened to spur this sudden resolution of filing for tax exempt status that was due in April but was unresolved when Rev. Usrey was interviewed just prior to the article being published November 10, 2010.  Could it be that Rev. Usrey had to make a phone call to New Testament Christian Churches of America's headquarters in Graham, Washington?  Perhaps once Rev. Usrey told ntcc 'leaders' in Graham that a local newspaper was reporting ntcc's delinquency the 'leadership' found a renewed interest to file for tax exempt status, including paying appropriate filing fees???

This is, of course, speculation, but can you imagine, "Uh, Sir, there is a local newspaper reporting that we haven't yet filed for tax exempt status.  Uhm, Yes, Sir; right away Sir."

Now if this is so important, why would ntcc have only one person doing all this filing for the whole organization?  And what does it mean, "finishing up the paperwork" when the El Paso County Treasurer, Sandra Damron, who tracks these missing forms says:
"All they have to do is fill out the paperwork[.] ... I used to do it for First Christian Church, and it takes about 10 minutes."
How is that m c kekel, ntcc CEO, has time to manage several blogs, including his 'uplifting' personal commentary as copied on Ds or Gs blog; but kekel can't seem to "get with it" or "put it together" (as kekel's father-in-law ntcc founder, r w davis, likes to say of some "fellas") when it comes to this important tax-exemption status filing that "takes about 10 minutes." ???  If a bible school student is one minute late to one church event in ntcc's  bible school (bs), that student forfeits the entire semester including all tuition paid.  But ntcc leaders can't file tax exempt forms on time?  Sounds like another glaring ntcc double standard.

It's funny; but joe olson (ntcc co-founder and eternal Executive Board Member of various titles) was so right when he preached that the "little things matter"!  It's a little thing to take ten minutes to file forms; but ntcc 'leaders' can't  "put it together".   Yet they want to hold bible school students' feet to the fire when it comes to the little things.   Another example of ntcc hypocrisy.

Plus the article mentions that ntcc was one of only six (6) churches out of  more than six thousand (6,000) tax-exempt properties in El Paso County that failed to file on time.  "God's last move on earth." leading the way!  (And "We are winning!" cries joe.

All this made possible by a well-written "little" article by Colorado Springs Independent reporter Pam Zubeck.

B) ntcc Sounds Like A Cult.
C) I Read This Post.
D) ntcc has demonstrated a pattern of believing they are above the laws of the land such as OSHA safety laws, Fire Marshall laws, building code laws, VISA (tourist) laws, etc...  This sounds like just one more example of ntcc "being rebellious" and "doing what it wants to do".
E) ntcc should not be tax-exempt if they cannot file the documents on time.

"F" I'm afraid to be caught commenting on this blog.
G) Glad To Be Out of ntcc.
H) Create Your Own By Leaving A Comment: Example:
"H" ntcc should not be tax-exempt because they have violated rules governing  tax-exempt status for nonprofits like the time they gave kekel 39 acres for his private benefit.
I) I'm Thinking Of Leaving ntcc
J) Create Your Own By Leaving A Comment: Example:
"J"   ntcc's "Do as I say, not as I do" philosophy is hypocritical:  "the one person ... that takes care of " all this paperwork probably did not receive the same treatment / punishment / public humiliation that you would if you had been the one to drop the ball on this issue.
