The Proverbs of R-Dub: Pearls of Wisdom from the Flounder

An RWD Calendar We Found in Cyber Space

While going through an old box of junk I recently discovered a whole treasure trove of notes that I took and later typed out after a conference in the 90's.  As I read through the notes I had taken, it began to reinforce the facts that I've learned since leaving the ntcc. There are many Davis-isms that were spewed out that year from behind the pulpit.  Some of the stuff was just plain stupid; while some might of worked,  if it were practiced by Davis before he pitchforked it onto others. In this display of Cult Leadership 101 you will find hypocrisy at its highest point, double standards flowing from the mouth of the ntcc's chief hypocrite. Without being too long winded we will try to compare the Dubster's teachings with the bible and contrast them to the way he lived his life contrary to his own teachings (hypocrisy).  For those of you that are still in the ntcc, please ask yourself the question, "Has God changed?  Or was Davis a fraud all along?" The way Davis insulted everyone's intelligence with man-made rules and dictated the way of life that he expected others to live by, while he lived contrary, is a testament that contradicts and twists what we know and have learned in our own studies of the bible.

The topic of this particular conference was Servicemen's Homes and came out of a book that Davis supposedly wrote on the topic.  The NTCCSH Book is very practical and will yield desired results. What is a Servicemen's Home?  It is a vehicle used by Gawd to bring about the salvation (and tithes) of multitudes of precious Servicemen.  Proven a $ Fruitful$$$ and important part of our outreach.  "It has been instrumental in the success of the bible college and organization."  Monday night Olson was the speaker, but he was basically blurting out Davis' own material on the subject; (that is if Davis actually wrote the NTCCSH Book - keep in mind that Davis often plagiarized others without giving them credit).  Davis blathered on about the same stuff on Tuesday morning and night, Wednesday morning and night and Thursday morning and night.   Much of what was said reinforces my reasons for blogging against Davis, his cult and the people he selected to run it after he allegedly died.

The Proverbs of R-Dub:

1.  It was shared that Olson was reached in a Servicemen's Home in the Philippines when his life was going in the 'wrong direction'.  Servicemen are motivated by everything that is contrary to God.

Olson is the Chief enabler in the ntcc and has been responsible for running victims off for reporting ntcc ministers allegedly involved in molesting children while Olson was harboring the alleged pedophiles in the ntcc.  If he was going in the wrong direction before entering ntcc, Olson would have done God a great service if he would of kept heading that way instead of joining the ntcc.  Servicemen are not motivated by everything that is contrary to God as they claimed.  How is defending your country and it's way of life contrary to God?  Servicemen are the very reason we have freedom to worship God in this country.  If it were not for Servicemen, people like Davis would have to go door to door in civilian communities to get a few abused individuals to come to his cult.

2.  Servicemen should be able to participate in questions and answers.

This claim made us laugh when we saw it.  Just ask your local Servicemen's Home Director anything. We all know how approachable and patient they can be. **cough**  But don't dare ask the wrong question; unless you want your fields plowed; and you feel up to some public humiliation.  Try asking your Pastor about where all of the tithe money goes once it leaves your wallet and see what a loving atmosphere a Servicemen's Home can really be.  Try slapping him on the back and calling him by his first name and see how quickly the Servicemen's Home becomes a nasty place.

3.  Everything that goes on in a Servicemen's Home should be to strengthen spiritually the serviceman.

Seriously?  Like foot massages?  Like trips to the bathhouses in Korea?  I remember a long time preacher came to Olson and asked him about Broadnax being effeminate and talking about inappropriate sexual stuff all of the time; and Olson told the minister that Broadnax was responsible for sending 23 students to bible school.  In other words Olson shut that long time preacher down and defended effeminate Broadnax.  So I guess there are exceptions to the rules in the Bible as long as you are 'productive' by ntcc standards; which is to say you send them tithe payers.  But here is what the bible says:  1Co 6:9  9  Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

 I'll tell you first hand that there was very little spirituality going on in that home. Broadnax was pulling down his pants in front of multiple brethren and asking them to feel how soft his Korean underwear was.  This is also proof that most ntcc people don't talk; they just keep stuff like this inside. There were about 6 or 7 people that witnessed this, yet I am the only one to say anything about it.  Servicemen's Homes were a very bad idea; because they housed a bunch of single GI's that were forced into celibacy and forbidden to talk to members of the opposite sex.  On top of that, many of the Directors or 'Pastors' would be just like Davis and other members of the General Board in that they required other people to be in a monogamous relationship with their spouse, while those so-called 'Pastors' were perverts that were out allegedly committing adultery, spanking, molesting and raping young girls and boys or covering up for those who allegedly got caught.

4.  Olson doesn't remember playing monopoly in the home with Rev. Gaylord.  Servicemen come to the home to find Christ not in a monopoly game or a video game.  Games have not been allowed in Servicemen's Homes for the last 8 to 10 years.  "A person who has no control over his own spirit is like a city with walls broken down".  I had to stop and have a good laugh at this one.  Yes, the bible teaches that.  But who is Davis or Olson to lecture anyone on having control over their own spirit? This is what Davis was very good at.  He would take a Servicemen's Home and turn it into a mini cult compound by enforcing a bunch of rules that were nowhere to be found in the bible.  Thou shalt not play monopoly.  Thou shalt not have a good time doing anything that is non-spiritual.

5.  Gospel music is a critical aspect in a servicemen's home.  "Real" Gospel music that is inspirational can be a blessing.  This is the only kind of music that will be played in a servicemen's Home.  Every one has their own opinions, but if it doesn't conform to Gawd and the word of Gawd, don't play it.  If any music is in question, ask the board members.  Which board members should we ask?  Ashmore is gone, Blumenthal left eons ago, Jones is supposedly gone, dead Davis ran off Marshall.  They must have been listening to devil music.  What would a board member know about spiritual music anyway?  What kind of music do they play at Kekel's house while they are cleaning it for him?  He Set Me Free?  I doubt it.  The only types of music that Davis considered to be Spiritual were southern gospel, praise and black gospel. Only those three and they couldn't be too upbeat or they would be off limits also.  Now where is all this found in the bible?  Seriously.  Israel's King David said to Praise the Lord with many instruments, and symbols and with music and dance.  I doubt if David was dancing before the Lord with all of his might to southern gospel or praise music.  Again Davis has inserted his own standards into the legalistic ntcc dogma, that you bunch of brainwashed cult members are supposed to blindly follow. Ask a board member?  How stupid and ignorant can you be?

6.  Preachers at a work are not the pastor of the workers.  The next time Davis has to get involved, either the pastor of the church or the worker will be removed.  The worker is there to help.  There are no dorm prophets or dorm mothers or fathers in the bible school.  This was another failed experiment by RWD.  Preachers would be sent to certain works and they would regurgitate Davis doctrine to the other ministers, in effect jacking them up.  Ministers that never had children would be jacking up ministers with children and telling them how to raise their kids.  They sent Rev. Kocks to Augusta; and we would literally have to beat the guy up every day just to keep him from spraying Right Guard Deodorant in our faces.  If you want to put a servicemen's home in chaos, send a worker there and see what happens.  They always clash with the preachers that are already there.  They come out of bible school thinking that they are the next Ezekiel; and they all end up getting jacked up by the 'more seasoned preacher' who thinks he is the next in line to the very throne of God itself.  What a bunch of prima donnas.  And Davis often sets them at odds against each other, separately and secretly telling each of them to try and teach the other one something.  You know, God hates six things, and seven are an abomination.  Davis sowing discord among brethren this way seems to qualify as that seventh thing, the abomination:

Pro 6:16-19  16 These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness [that] speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. 

7.  In many places sports and other things are talked about and then prayer.  Davis is presenting a schedule to the general board for Servicemen's Homes.  There will be a Saturday PM service in every Servicemen's Home.  Preachers say they are too busy to have services on Saturday but the truth is that they are too lazy to pray for a message.  Did you hear that all you lazy preachers?  Too lazy to pray for a message so you can collect that Saturday night offering?  You will never amount to anything. And don't you dare ask for any money for anything if you don't have a Saturday night service.

8.  Going to the mall has got to be the hardest cross a man has ever bore.  What an insult to those who were actually Martyred for Christ.  This pearl of wisdom just came out of nowhere like a someone shot a 45 slug straight up in the air and some poor church schlub was standing there minding his own business and was fatally gunned down for no reason at all.  For all you Mall shoppin', church hoppin' religious nut cases, watch out, R-dub's got your number.

Maybe R-dub said that about Malls so he could stay home and molest little church girls while his so-called wife, Verna, and bossy daughter, Tanya, were at the Mall shopping.  According to Julie St. Clair, James Ross Ashmore once sent his wife Helen and daughter Lorrie out shopping while he allegedly raped a very young Julie.  Don't believe us?  Just ask Helen Ashmore or Lorrie Duran DiFrancesco.  Allegedly Helen was so shocked when she got back and noticed that something was wrong with Julie, that Helen allegedly declared "She's bleeding!"  Wouldn't that bear checking into a little bit more closely?  And really, why was Julie left alone with James Ross Ashmore?  And why were people using Julie to clean their mansions?  First of all, clean your own house.  If you own a mansion, hire a professional cleaning service. Don't use and take advantage of the brothers and sisters, using your neighbors' services without wages.  And who in their right mind uses a little girl with Cerebral Palsy, who is in constant pain and has limited mobility, to clean their mansion?!?!?  If you dorks can't see how messed up that is, I don't even want to know any of you.  What a bunch of jerks.

9.  It's not the place of the pastor to run the personal life of the members, but to get them saved. That's enough to make your oatmeal hit the wall.  Please, please, please, one of you ntcc'rs out there please explain this to me?  Am I the only one that finds this hypocritical?  I could literally write a book about this one sentence and how it contradicts everything Davis has ever done.  What a two faced, double standard, forked tongued hypocrite.  Anyone with one percent of their brain working knows this statement is wrong; because Davis constantly ran everyone else's lives as if he were the grand Pimp-Daddy of all time!

10.  It is not the pastor's place to tell a single worker that he cannot take a single sister home or that he needs a chaperon.  There are reasons for bible school rules and those reasons are between Davis and Gawd.  You got your waders on?  It's getting mighty deep in here.  We are going to have to shovel our way back to reality with this one.  Of course if a single worker is sent to a work, and there is a single woman at that work, He gets priority.  I've seen it too many times.  Rule 10 often violates rule 9, because the single brothers in the home are definitely not allowed the same latitude with sisters as the bible school students are.  If only I was a licensed and brainwashed minister.  Not only would I have been able to date Ange back in 1990 when we were both 25 years younger, but I could have taken her home with me.  What?  Are you kidding me?  Oh the hypocrisy.  It's just killing me. Please tell me I'm not alone.

11.  A worker without a car is about as worthless as a saddle without a horse.  So go work that insulation job at 10 bucks an hour so you can make all the services and attend all the ntcc functions and buy yourself that oil puking junker that you have always wanted, you loser.  Meanwhile Davis drives around in his Brand New Cadillac that you purchased for him every year along with you purchasing all the other board members' vehicles, including those expensive Recreational Vehicles that you paid them to take their 30 days paid vacation in while still giving them your tithes and offerings and all while you got to drive around in a 1977 rusted-out Volkswagen Rabbit.  Think about it folks.  You've been had.  You've been buying all their vehicles and paying them to take 30 days paid vacation while they drive around in the lovely new Recreational Vehicles you bought for them so they could drop by and jack you up on their way to Hawaii, or Miami, or Germany, (all on your dime, of course.)

12.  Alcoholic beverages and chewing gum are in the same category.  Yeah, we know that chewing gum takes quite a few lives every year, just like alcohol.  This is a proverb of R-dub and can not be traced to any verse in the bible we know about, but the next time you see a cow chewing it's cud and you ask him about the look of consternation on it's face, you'll understand.

13.  A worker without a car is like a millstone around the pastor's neck.   A worker with a car can also be a millstone around the pastor's neck; and a Pastor with or without a car can be a millstone around the worker's neck.  Don't blame it on the car.  That worker is not there to run a shuttle service for you.  Jesus must have had a pretty strong neck; because He must of had twelve millstones around his neck (according to Davis), as they walked everywhere they went back in those days.  What about a worker without a cell phone, or a worker without wing-tipped shoes?  Could you picture Jesus telling someone they could not follow Him, except they had a donkey?  Get real.

14.  Fellowship, fellowship, fellowship, should not consist of children but only adults.  Children should not be present, period.  Children infringe on fellowship of adults. Servicemen's Homes were not established as Nurseries but for single GI's.  Having a family in the servicemen's home and church constitutes numerous problems.  Also it is not a good atmosphere for children.  The Executive Board has decided that a Servicemen's home is not a place for children.  It also takes a room that could be utilized for a GI.  Not everyone who comes to a Servicemen's Home is saved.  There are people in this world that rape children. There are kids that are raised in Servicemen's Homes that are no longer with us today, but they are dopers and pushers.  

Where do we begin?  Just ask Ralph St. Clair about allegedly raping his own daughter in the Serviemen's Home. Sorry, maybe you should ask Joan St. Clair, his alleged widow, how well that experiment worked for them.  It seems to me like there were many more rapists inside of the ntcc than were visiting.  Why would Davis even go there? Was he perhaps speaking from experience?  So get your vasectomies if you desire the office of a Servicemen's Director, because there is something about a man who is consecrated and that will sacrifice having a family to give themselves to a servicemen's work.  Can anyone please show me where any of this is in the bible?  This doctrine of Davis is ridiculous and yet sinister; because countless couples went childless to appease Davis, who adopted what may have been his own illegitimate daughter, Tanya.  The only reported problem with children in a Servicemen's Home can be traced to the 'Pastor' and 'father' of the child; the man who allegedly molested, raped or pimped out the child to others for a few bucks. The other reported problem with children involves the sick founder of the ntcc who has been reported by numerous women that were allegedly violated by Davis when they were children.  Davis also placed a known cross dressing homosexual over children in the day school and sent effeminate preachers to pastor Servicemen's Homes.

You might need a revelation to know where he's coming from on this one.  The train is Davis and the Campground is the railroad crossing?  Maybe not, but it sounds like someone is going to get raked over the coals.

16.  Without a pleasing personality your tongue is as worthless as a leather thong.  Really, a leather thong?  I wonder what was going through Davis' mind when he came up with that gem.  Seems pretty weird, that he would actually say that in public.  But then again, He is Davis, and he can do anything; and you better not question him either!  Ya hear?  It's between him and Gawd; I guess.

17.  After developing a pleasing personality you have to dress it up.  Put a suit and tie on that snake.  Dress that serpent up really good in a white shirt and wingtips so his tongue can tickle you; and you won't know it's a snake.

18.  The preacher is to be at the front door of his church 30 minutes prior to each service.  Make sure you bring some breath mints with you so you don't knock your 7 members off of their feet when you greet them with the garlic breath from tonight's dinner of garlic infused ramen noodles and garlic laced meat by-products; otherwise known in the ntcc as "preachers' tube steak" (hotdogs).

19.  Some people stand around during conference like someone stole their cow.  Maybe that's what they feel like after sitting through 3 hours of teaching like we just typed in this blog post.  I'm surprised that no one ever reached in their straw basket and knocked R-dub upside the head with a tomato after carrying on like he does during a conference.

20.  The greatest wisdom is knowing when to keep your mouth shut.  Too bad davis didn't follow his own advice.  To which we say, "No comment."

The Last Hope for Mankind? ntcc's "Us Vs. Them" False Doctrine

It has been shared in conferences, and in many ntcc churches, that the ntcc is "the last hope for mankind in this lost and dying world".  If you happen to be a church member in a ntcc church, and you visit another church, you will be told something like this:  "God saved you in this church.  If all the other churches were right with God, why would God raise up  this church in these last days?"  Then the church 'in question' would be scrutinized by ntcc doctrine.  This could be done in a church service by a practice known as blasting other religions and denominations in a way that humiliates the church member that attended the 'unrighteous' church.

We have all seen this many times.  It takes place in a setting where others can learn the borg way and be admonished to tow the ntcc line or else....  It happens in Bible studies, church services and during fellowship.  It happened more frequently than I care to remember.  This will happen to you if you decide to go to another church.  It has happened to new members and not so new members.  It has happened to tithe paying = "faithful" members and to the unsuspecting Sunday church goers. [1st Time Visitor's Story Click To Read More]

If a person skipped a Sunday service or even a bible study, questions were sure to be asked. As he or she entered the tabernacle to attend this week's church service, the Pastor would be there to shake all of the unsuspecting church goers' hands and ask the most recent absentee the question: "We missed you last Sunday; What happened?" The "Church- Hopping" individual would then be expected to give an explanation in front of others as to why he or she was not in church.  Usually he or she would say something like, "My roommate invited me to his or her church" or "I decided to go to the post chapel."  While you and I know this is fine with God, it violates ntcc rules.  So the witchhunt begins.  More often times than not, the so-called ntcc 'pastor' [blaster] would make a mental note of this and begin to ponder how this might fit into today's 'message from Gawd'.

We all know what's getting ready to happen.  We've seen it many times.  And for some weird reason we've blindly accepted this anti-Christian behavior.  The Bible would open and something like this would be blurted out by the maniac behind the pulpit.

"I had a message all prepared about the love of God, but at the last minute Gawd changed it.  So now I'm going to speak to you about CHURCH-HOPPING!  *scowl*  *pause for effect*  CHURCH-HOPPING!"  The preacher is getting ready to establish a few things.

  • First he is going to publicly humiliate the person who missed church by blasting him or her for attending another church.
  • Then he is going to dissect the doctrine of the other church by using ntcc man-made doctrine.
  • Finally he is going to instill fear into the hearts of everyone in the congregation so that they will be afraid to attend any other church.

Public humiliation was a tool used by Davis [and other ntcc hirelings] to keep people in line.  Everyone in the ntcc was taught by Olson or their local pastor 

  • that Davis was "the first man up before the throne of God".
  • Others thought Davis was  "The twenty fourth elder"
  • that whatever Davis said came directly from the throne of God!

So public humiliation and 'blasting' people was learned behavior; it was emulated by every ntcc preacher that all of us ever listened to.  To be humiliated in front of your peers would either make you fear to step out of line ever again, or would make you mad enough to leave and never come back.

"The reason you went to another church was because you want a compromising religion that will allow you to live any way that you want."  This was stated more times than I could remember; it implies that the ntcc is right; and the 'other' church 'in question' is wrong.  It implies that if you go to that church it is because you are rejecting God and you want your sin!

Not only are you being singled out and humiliated, but, in many cases, you will be ridiculed and made fun of for attending 'another' church.  Cult jargon will be used:

Cult Jargon To Promote NTCC by Attacking 'Other' Churches:

  • "You want sin; and you know you can't have it in this church."
  • "This is Gawd's church."
  • "We are the last move of Gawd on this earth."
  • "Gawd has raised us up for such a time as this."
  • "If all the other churches were doing right, there would be no need for Gawd to raise up US [the ntcc]."
  • "But you think you know more than Gawd."
  • "You go to another church so you can have your sin."
  • "You're just a church-hopper!"
  • "Gawd saved you here; He wants you to stay here."
  • "If you really love Gawd, you wouldn't want to be anywhere else."
  • "Sure there are 'other' churches out there; but if they were right with Gawd, they would do what we do."

Has anyone heard this stuff before?  I've seen ntcc 'preachers' point their fingers at the 'offenders' and scream at the top of ntcc lungs at them.  Is that how God treats His sheep?  I've seen visitors' and church members' faces get red and people tremble and cry because they are being humiliated in front of a group of people that they either barely know or consider friends and family.  Moreno Tragedy Click To Read More

The 'preacher' that "hides behind the pulpit" and dispenses out fear and rebuke usually gets his followers to do a lot of the ground work for him.  The "soul winner" is expected to get details from the "contact" as to why he or she was not in church.  What church did they attend?  What was the reason they went to that church?

Not Pure Holiness:  But A Man-Made Doctrine of "Us Vs. Them":

For every church there was an ntcc doctrinal explanation to  refute the other church's beliefs, claim they're wrong, and place them in hell for their doctrine.  To do this, ntcc had to create rules and doctrines that made them different than "all of the other churches".  "Holiness" was a term that the ntcc used to describe a movement that came about in the latter part of the 19th century.  This doctrine mandated outward appearance as required evidence of salvation.  I'm not making this up.  If you don't believe me, do some historical research.

The definition of holiness, as it was dictated to us by the ntcc, actually came about in the mid - to - late 1800's.  I guess before that God never required this type of Holiness.


The term 'holiness' was coined by religious groups to describe the way they looked and to distinguish themselves from everyone else, kind of like the Pharisees did!

Although Holiness is a biblical word that means to be set apart, it was the use of this word that was manipulated to create a set of standards that would exclude other groups from heaven by the way they dressed.  The ntcc also used many other man-made rules that governed aspects of their lives that can be found nowhere in the bible. Having to get permission to make everyday decisions that normal people make without consulting another man is an indication that you are in a cult and should send up red flags all over the place. But in the ntcc these rules are used to control you; and they are indicators of your 'faithfulness' to ntcc.

Strict adherence to rules set the ntcc apart from all other churches and caused people to measure themselves against all others and think that they were part of the last move of God on this earth.  But in reality this doctrine of division causes pride to take root, divides the members of the body of Christ,  and creates the "Us Vs. Them" mentality we are discussing here.



The Fear Factor

For a cult to be successful and to accomplish their goal, they must operate in an environment of fear.  Fear is used to keep people in their places; and it is also used to prevent people from ever questioning the so-called 'leaders'.  You know what will happen to you if you question the so-called "man of gawd".  You have seen it too many times.  You will be jacked up just like everyone else.  This fear keeps you in a place where you will never get anywhere.  It is counterproductive to what God wants in the life of a Christian.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 Jo 4:18

You cannot live in fear and have perfect love in your heart.  But fear is absolutely present in every ntcc church-goer's life.  It is used continually by ntcc to keep you in your place below them, and to keep you from questioning the powers that be.

Guilty or Forgiven?

Another primary function and role that fear plays in the ntcc members' lives is to make them blame themselves for everything that is wrong in their lives.  While we are ultimately responsible for our own decisions, we are manipulated to look inward at all of our defects and to ignore the root [ntcc] causes of them.

We were placed in an environment where we were led to believe that our 'leaders' all had the victory over sin.  But that is a lie; for it is written:

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 Jo 1:8

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. 1 Jo 1:10

We were also led to believe that if we didn't live the same lie as they did, we would die and go to hell.  As a result, those who leave the borg often blame themselves; when, instead, they are truly forgiven by God and accepted in the beloved:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 Jo 1:9

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. Eph 1:6

But some don't know these scriptural truths.  As a result of ntcc false doctrine that teaches them to blame themselves, sometimes for things that aren't even sin, when they leave ntcc, some of them loose every bit of self worth they ever had.  They live in fear and condemnation.  But it doesn't have to be that way.  When we confess our sin, God forgives us and accepts us in Christ.

Still Silent?

For others, they may not doubt their Christianity.  But years after leaving ntcc, they're afraid to say anything about "the organization" ntcc.  Why?  They were trained to "keep their mouths shut and pray".  They were told not to question the "man of gawd".  They were spiritually abused.  The abuse victim is more often than not, afraid of the abuser.  Guess what?  The ntcc never had the victory over all sin as they try to get you to believe; and if they say that they do, they are liars.  Their sin goes a whole lot deeper than smoking or drinking or cursing.  Their sins are much worse; because in the process of establishing their self-righteousness, and acquiring vast amounts of wealth, they have hurt the very ones that God intended to save!

This ntcc cult thrives; because it receives very little opposition.   Most people are afraid to share true stories of what they went through.  There are so many people out there that have been spiritually molested and taken advantage of while in the ntcc.  If we all spoke out, the ntcc would be out of business.  But many people keep the hurt bottled up inside because of fear.  Fear that if they speak against the ntcc, that they are speaking against God.  That just isn't so.  The Apostles pointed out false doctrines and false prophets and so did Jesus.  We should not fear doing the same!

The ntcc is NOT the last hope for mankind.  Who is?  God has made it clear that JESUS IS the last hope for mankind.  Now, thanks to ntcc religiosity,  many people are so sick to death of religion.  So I'm not going to sit here and try to ram anything down anyone's throat.  I will say that the ntcc is nothing like what God intended for his people.  Sending Jesus to die for our sins was the greatest act of love ever displayed in the history of mankind.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13

It's called grace; and it's something that NONE of us deserve.  Compare grace to ntcc doctrine and you will see how flawed they are.  We started this blog not just for the purpose of getting people to leave a cult, but to also let people know that Christianity does exist outside of the ntcc; and it exists in much greater abundance.

You do not have to be a part of a ritual and be a member of some group to be a part of God's family.  Your spiritual choices are yours to make; but God is more than able to lead us and keep us without some abusive jerk dictating a bunch of controlling rules to us and using the fear of hell to keep us in the place that he wants us to be.

I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. 2 Ti 1:12

[There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Rom 8:1

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Rom 8:2

Notice this scripture says nothing about what church you attend.  It is talking about believing in Christ and what He did for us.  It talks about being led by the Spirit of life in Christ, not condemning ourselves under the law of sin and death or man-made rules made by some hypocrite who sees us as a gravy train.

The single most important step in the right direction for someone living in false condemnation like what ntcc dishes out, is to get as far away as you possibly can from the ntcc or any group that claims or implies that they are the the last hope for mankind!

During our years as members of the cult called ntcc, there were many doctrines preached and rules enforced that we went along with out of fear and misunderstanding. Now years later we find that many of the teachings of the ntcc rules are not backed by scripture; but we and many others followed and obeyed these teachings out of fear and misguided zeal for what we thought was "the only true doctrine in the land".

The leaders, pastors, and board members would subtly introduce these rules [now claimed to be 'policies']  at times while preaching salvation; and other times they would boldly preach these rules as scripture, with reckless abandon, not concerned with whom they hurt, or whom they ran off. There is a sickness in the ntcc and among its leadership that compels them to preach Christ crucified and get people genuinely saved and hungering for God; only so that they can indoctrinate them with control policies; and shape them into what best suits ntcc purposes. The #1 goal of r w davis is to convert servants of Christ into servants of RWD. The biggest mistake that we as Christians made in the ntcc is thinking that because we were saved while attending the ntcc, that the ntcc had to be right in their doctrine and 'policies'. "If God saved me here, how could they possibly be wrong?" What makes this so perverse is that it's all done because of money.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Tim 2:15
The #1 goal of r w davis is to convert servants of Christ into servants of RWD.
We are going to compare ntcc's rules, [now called 'policies' and enforced with dire consequences visited on those who don't obey the rules] with the scripture and "rightly divide the word of truth". We also are going to ask for the millionth time if these rules were right all along why are they now being changed and renamed as 'policies'? Is God still the same? Did the Holy Ghost lie to r w davis when he preached these things to us?
The celibacy policy is where the ntcc forbids marriage.
It is the ntcc's doctrine of matchmaking and forcing members to live in celibacy.
We are not advocating fornication or adultery or child molestation like the ntcc does!

Forced Celibacy or Forbidding to Marry by Forbidding Dating Thru Match-Making Rules:
The first policy rule that we are going to look at is the celibacy policy rule where the ntcc forbids marriage. Let's see if we can find some scriptures that support the ntcc's doctrine of matchmaking and forcing members to live in celibacy.

First of all, we are not advocating fornication or adultery or child molestation as is advocated by the ntcc. michael c kekel has never come out and denied his child molestation of tanya davis when she was a young teen [minor/jailbait] and he was in his early twenties [adult/pedophile].  Therefore we believe the witness of Vic Johanson in previous posts on Jeff's blog and this blog. Vic has no reason to lie and MCK has every reason in the world to cover it up.

Here's what the scripture says; now lets honestly try to rightly divide the word of truth as we read:
Now lets honestly try to RIGHTLY divide the word of truth as we read what the scripture says; and, please, no 'private interpretations' or 'secret revelations'...
"Nevertheless, [to avoid] fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband." 1 Cor 7:2
"For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that."
"I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I."
"But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn." 1 Cor 7:7-9
"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;"
"Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;"
"Forbidding to marry, [and commanding] to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." 1 Tim 4:1-3
We can find no supporting scripture that justifies what the ntcc has done to many of its members... forbidding single men from talking to single women ... forbidding them to date and thus forbidding them to marry.  That contradicts God's word!
These are just a few scriptures that we have taken five minutes to look up. Rightly dividing these words of truth, we can find no supporting scripture that justifies what the ntcc has done to many of its members. We welcome anyone from the ntcc that can find a scripture without twisting it, that supports their practice of forbidding single men from talking to single women, or forbidding them to date, thereby forbidding them to marry. Please:  no 'private interpretations' or 'secret revelations'.


Let The Dead Bury Their Dead:
While my mother was terminally ill, various ntcc leaders put pressure on me to stay in their works so they would have one faithful tithe payer bringing in more income to their works... They used God as an excuse when they told me that "They had prayed; and God wanted me to help them."
They had no consideration for me or my mother; but instead ntcc's stance was, "Let the dead bury their dead."
In 1989, I was stationed in Camp Humphreys, Korea, and helped Rev. L. C. Barnes start a church. In one short year we had about 30 members; and as Rev. Barnes was getting ready to PCS, ntcc sent Tom and Rachel Wright over to run this servicemen's home. We had about 4 people (including myself) that moved into the home and a handful of tithe payers attending church regularly. I had invited many of the members out to church and was very involved and invested in the work.

In October, I went on leave to attend a conference in the States. While on leave, I visited my parents and found out that my mother had cancer. She asked me if I could stay home with her and help. At first I said no; because I felt that God wanted me in Korea; but only because I was so brainwashed at the time, that I believed the constantly repeated ntcc mantra "let the dead bury their dead" doctrine.

Althouth that is part of the scripture, the ntcc twisted or wrested that scripture.  It was often used by the ntcc to separate people from their families and loved ones just to keep the tithes coming into ntcc coffers.

Mystical Manipulation:  "We Prayed About It.  God Wants You Here."

While at home in Denver, I was attending ntcc services in Colorado Springs and commuting 140 miles round trip just about every day.

  1. The Tiemans were in Colorado Springs; and they told me that they had prayed; and God wanted me to help them.
  2. I would talk to the Wrights on the phone; and they felt that God wanted me there; and that the home in Korea depended on me. 

Is God double-minded?  No.  Clearly both the Tiemans and the Wrights were using mystical manipulation on me, claiming they had the 'mind of God'.  Rubbish.  They were just using me.

Finally, David Tieman (Sr.) called r. w. davis and told him that the Wrights were pressuring me to go back to Korea; and the Tiemans wanted me to put in for a compassionate reassignment in Colorado. RWD told Tieman to have me "Pray about it." and do what God wanted me to do.  That was davis' way of washing his hands of everyone's attempt to mystically manipulate me into staying with them and paying their bills while blaming God, saying, "We prayed about it; God wants you here."

I eventually made the decision to stay in Colorado Springs; and the Army attached me to Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, pending compassionate reassignment.  Although this was the easy thing to do at the time, it was a sacrifice; because I really wanted to return to Korea and help the work I had started with Rev. Barnes; but after much pressure from all around, I decided to stay in Colorado.

Sexual Temptation Worsened by the Celibacy Rule Forbidding To Marry:

During this time, Nichelle Tieman began to make sexual advances toward me while David Tieman (Sr.) was locked up in his room, "studying God's word". If ntcc did not have their twisted rule forbidding to marry, I would probably have already been married and living in my own home with my own wife.  But ntcc's celibacy rule had already struck major blows against my attempts to seek a normal marital relationship.

Prior to this, I had been denied by two (2) previous pastor's the "privilege of talking to" two other sisters; simply because they were earmarked for bible school! I was 25 years old and the whole celibacy policy rule was not working for me. I did not have the gift of celibacy that the Apostle Paul was speaking of in I Corinthians, chapter 7.

ntcc's celibacy rule is a direct violation of God's word found here:

1 Cr 7:2  Nevertheless, [to avoid] fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

If ntcc did not contradict God's Word and have this twisted doctrine, I would have had my own wife and place to stay; I never would have been around for such temptations.  Instead, I was forced to live in celibacy, in a servicemen's home, where the apparently unfulfilled or insatiable 'pastor's wife' would make constant advances towards me.

Nichelle Tieman would rub up against me inappropriately with her breasts and rear end when nobody was around. I almost committed adultery with her but was convicted after inappropriately touching her one evening. After that night, I started rejecting her sexual advances. One morning she came down to my room in the home and knocked on my door. She said that her husband was at work; and she "wanted to lay with me". I rejected that advance and many others.  I also remember her telling me that she loved another brother; he was a worker named Rev. Rice.  She said she would marry him if anything ever happened to her husband David Tieman (Sr.).

Shortly after this, I had invited Ange to church. We were young, the same age, single, Christians and really attracted to each other. She "got right in" and started paying tithe and giving home offerings, even though she didn't live in the home. By ntcc standards that meant she was "really saved" or a Christian. I really believed God was blessing me and her, and that we'd be married and spend the rest of our happy lives together.  But that didn't happen, thanks to the ntcc's celibacy rule and nichelle tieman's lying.

Meanwhile, in Colorado, I commuted back and forth from Denver, where my mother was dying, to Colorado Springs, where the servicemen's home was located.  I did this for about 6 months, many times without missing any ntcc services, soul winning, prayer meetings, or events.   My Mom, who was already saved, had attended church service at ntcc one night, when james ross  ashmore was preaching.  She said that she had never in her life met anyone as cold as he was.   She came to church a few times; and my younger brother also came out to some services.

My mother died in 1990. When I got the call about my Mom, I was in the Tieman's living room. I told the Tieman's that my mom had went home to be with the Lord.

Nichelle Tieman said, "Your mother wasn't saved; if she was, she would have attended our services regularly and adhered to our holiness standards."
Nichelle might as well have hit me in the head with a club! I was shocked and furious inside!

I remembered back to when I was 8 years old; I used to roll joints for my mom. I remembered when she used to drink and bring home strange men. I also remembered when my Mom started going to an Assembly of God Church and got saved and stopped drinking and drugs and had Christ in her life. She was certainly saved by the grace of God and had the fruits of the Holy Spirit in her life!


Around this time, I called Pop Gaylord and told him what Nichelle was doing and confessed my role in it. He relayed the info to r. w. davis; within a week rdub came through to assess the situation. He decided to remove the Tieman's from the work in Colorado Springs and sent them to Portland, Oregon.

While he was there, Nichelle told davis that Ange felt like she was 'called' to go to Bible School; which was an outright lie. At this time Ange and I were talking about marriage. From this point on Ange felt pressured to go to bs and eventually went.

This 'little lie' that Nichelle told would ruin two marriages for Ange. One that should have happened; and one that never should have happened. This would also trigger 7 more years of celibacy in my life and an eventual decision to leave not only the ntcc, but also God.

I often asked myself what I had done to deserve this treatment. After making one of the biggest decisions of my life to stay, help, and support this cult called the New Testament Christian Church in Colorado Springs, they caused this miscarriage of justice! I was giving more than 10% tithe, offerings, home offerings, building fund pledges, world missions pledges, attending all services and functions, rejecting sexual advances by Nichelle Tieman, bringing dozens of people to church every month, commuting thousands of miles to help my terminally ill mother; and I loved God and the Tiemans in spite of what they had done and what was going on. But this was my 'reward'?   I wish I could say that this was an isolated instance; but it is not.

The ntcc often referred to itself as "the last hope for a lost and dying world". But instead of bringing hope, they were crushing it. Instead of saving the lost, they were driving Christians away from God.

These blogs are full of stories of cruel injustices committed by the ntcc, of lives that have been devastated, of families that have been torn apart, and of people that ntcc has used up, rejected, and sent back out into 'the world' to start their lives over with nothing.  All their finances have gone to the ntcc.  All their family ties have been broken from those who don't attend ntcc.  They have no careers or pensions or insurance or future.  They have to start life over, from scratch, with no support system.  Even their life-long ntcc friends and family will forsake them, treating them as if leaving ntcc equals leaving God.  The borg treats them as reprobates.  It's sad and so needless.


We write these things not because of hatred or revenge, but to warn people, and to let others know that they are not alone in their suffering, and, if possible, to trigger repentance.

These are not lies, but rather facts; that can be verified by two or more witnesses; and, above all, God knows all about it. The same ones that call us reprobates are the ones that have abused their salvation - if they ever had it - and will have to answer for it. We will continue to be a voice of truth that tells you the true story - a different story than that which the ntcc has to share.

We implore everyone that is involved with this cult to take a closer look and escape with what's left of your life. If you are thinking about attending, do your homework first.
  • Study cults and their tactics.
  • Learn about mind control.
  • See how cult leaders use it to control every aspect of your life.
  • Study the bible.
  • See if you can find examples of Jesus or his followers destroying peoples' lives with unbiblical policies such as the celibacy policy of forbidding to marry.
  • Use the ntcc's own standards to decide if they are a 'bible believing church' that follows Jesus' examples of love and temperance. 

But if you find they act like a cult, well... "If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and waddles like a duck, it's probably a duck!"  SO....

If it looks like a cult, talks like a cult, and changes rules like a cult, it's probably a cult!
