The fight continued in the desperate struggle to contain Japan's Fukushima damaged nuclear reactors. Though posted to YouTube today, 3-23-11, the video camera date appears to be 3-18-11.
Today a new video on Russia Today broadcast out of Tokyo suggests that all emergency personnel have been evacuated from the reactor site:
Also note that both these videos show what appear to be swing arms or booms from concrete "pumper" trucks, suggesting that the Japanese are imitating the Chernobyl solution of burying the site in sand and concrete.
These desperate measures came after the government aborted the water cooling measures using helicopters to dump seawater on the buildings. Though the crews' efforts were courageous and too costly, exposing themselves to toxic radiation, the cumulative effect was similar to spitting on a raging bonfire:
