1 Cor 10:24
"Let no man seek his own, but every man another's [wealth]."
Boy, Davis and Kekel really took that one to the bank, didn't they? Not that they care for your welfare, but are seeking to take your wealth from you and put it into their bank accounts. As they like to quote, "A fool and his money are soon parted." Then they laugh at your poverty, calling you "Strong backs with weak minds." You do their work for them, and pay them to get treated like a chump or a lump of something from the poo pond!
Davis once wrote in the Trumpet Vol. 1 - Sept. 95:
Seldom do I ever use the expression "I can't." You may hear me use it when people are trying to get money out of me. Generally, when I do say the phrase "I can't," I immediately amend it to "I won't."And seriously, who has ever been so foolish as to try and "get money out of" davis? You'd have better luck trying to pry a dusty mite out of Ebenezer Scrooge's wallet!
But getting back to davis' statement "I can't" [give you money].... How many of our readers think that it's okay to be a liar? Do you think that when Davis says that he can't give money to a person that he is telling the truth? Generally, he has to amend his statement to "I won't". For a man that claims he can't remember the last time he sinned, this sure does seem like a confession! He has to change his words and amend them because he lies!
What if davis' nose grew with every lie he told? It'd be longer than a telephone pole or wire! |
The ntcc used to preach against telling 'little white lies'; but for Davis to say that he can't give someone money is a big wolf cookie of a lie. Of course, he would probably say it's true; because Gawd wouldn't let him give money to a brother. That's an even bigger lie! Because the scripture also talks about seeing your brother in need and shutting up your bowels of compassion. [1 John 3:17] How many times have preachers had needs and Davis has told them to "take up an offering"? How many times have those in the ministry lived in squalor, way below the poverty level, while Davis and Kekel are engorging themselves on wealth and power, while ignoring their brethren's needs?
Davis has already made up his mind on this issue. He says "I can't" when people "try to get money out of" him. What about when people try to get compassion out of him? What about when people need spiritual help and they are sent away empty handed. Davis doesn't want to be bothered. He has his piece of the pie [that you bought for him]; and he wants to enjoy his riches; so don't bother him with your petty problems. Go see Olson or Johnson or Ashmore, but don't expect Davis to do anything meaningful. And expect Olson and Johnson and Ashmore to treat you the same way Davis did!
"A Lie can travel half way around the world while the truth is putting on it's shoes." -- Charles Spurgeon
"By mixing a little truth with it, they made their lie far stronger." -- C.S. Lewis
This is going to be straight and to the point and we are not going to draw this out. Davis is a liar. Kekel is a liar. They are not bible-believing church leaders. They are con-artists; and they are diabolical experts at using the bible to condemn others; while they feel absolutely no need to justify their own selfish actions. They live contrary to their own teaching, while expecting others to follow the letter of the law. Davis has very little compassion and does very little for anyone unless they are in his own family. We truly believes he only does for them because they are a reflection of him or extension of himself. Otherwise they too would be out in the cold. Kekel and Davis both have gates to keep people off of their property and away from their castles! They also have intercom systems to screen unwanted visitors. They are Cult leaders that live on a Cult compound; and they are habitual liars. They lie to obtain wealth. Davis and Kekel keep people walking on eggshells and so worried about their own imagined sins that they don't bother to take an honest look at the these religious hucksters whom they emulate [admire / respect] and serve.
These things have been shared over and over; but it seems like people will never learn. Whom do you love more, Davis or God? Is Davis your god? Is Kekel your god? Why would you continue to give your money to these cult leaders when they are living contrary to God? Where in the bible, (specifically in the New Testament) do you see anyone getting rich off of the gospel? NOWHERE! Where does God say to seek your own wealth and not that of another? NOWHERE! Davis and Kekel are seeking their own wealth. They are not in it for anyone but themselves. If you don't believe me, ask them for some money. Ask them how much money they have. Ask them where did it all come from. They will ruthlessly blast you. They will get furious. And their anger will be known to everyone. Is that the type of person you want to trust with your soul? Is that whom you want to follow to heaven? If you continue to follow them you will surely fall into many foolish and hurtful lusts; as it is written:
1Tim 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and [into] many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
Are you a man of God? Listen to the commandment:
1Tim 6:11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
Click those verses and read it for yourself. Don't be like double-tongued Davis:

ReplyDeleteThat cess-pool is indicative of what ntcc has become. A den of lies and deceit, charlatans, that has become a stink in Gods nostrill. That camp ground was just a figment of davis, kekel, and others imagination, which can also be used as a tax write off for which the students/members know nothing about because all that they are suppose to do is give until it hurts and then sit around the camp fire and sang and clap while the leaders count the money that have been collected. ntcc is davis house, his domain, his playground, and its really stinking up the neighborhood.

My feelings run a little bit differently. In my opinion I think that there was NEVER a time that NTCC was ever on the right track in God's eyes. I can't speak for God, of course, but just look at the way that it was founded, as well as the circumstances that it was founded under. It was founded under the guise of "holiness" and the fact that the church organization as a whole didn't want "holiness" that R'Dub came out of. It seems to me that the whole of the movement was founded on duplicity and half truths. I believe that it was R'Dubs intention to start an organization where he was the undisputed leader. As I've stated earlier, I believe that NTCC is a real estate company masquerading as a church. The property holding that they have, as well as the accumulated assets that the church has are enormous. I can go on and on to the point of nausea. Everything is in the churches name. The properties that are being lived in. The cars that he drives. everything. Even the utilities are in the name of the church. It's a stench from Mexico, Missouri all the way up to the Graham Compound.
I'm with John Piper when he says that he abominates the "Health and Wealth" Gospel of prosperity. Most of the time wealth is given as a CURSE, and is NOT A BLESSING. Bigger barns, nicer cars, more property, etc...
ReplyDeleteA person can not, and with a good conscience strive for wealth and it not be in direct conflict with God. You have to get to the point where your conscience becomes lacerated as you fall deeper and deeper headlong into the abyss of ruin. That's just the way it is. POINT BLANK!!!
Well said Mark. The NTCC was never about "holiness" and not only that, their interpretation of holiness is way off anyway. The NTCC equates holiness to running around in wingtips and a white shirt, a little house on the prairie lookin dress, long scraggly lookin hair and only wearing the jewelry that they approve. RWD and Kekel are about as holy as the dead toad laying flat in my driveway that got run over by my car backing out the garage.
ReplyDeleteOsama Bin Laden lived a more holy life than those two. They just live in utter luxury at the expense of everyone else knowing not the first thing about biblical holiness. Davis' entire history is riddled with drama, conspiracy and inappropriate behavior certainly for someone masquerading as a "holiness" preacher. Davis is no more than a Dog with a capital D and Kekel (in the real world) wouldn't make it as a manager of a porta potty business. Kekel has no personality and he's a jerk and he has what he has only because he married who is quite likely the illegitimate daughter of RWD.
You nailed it Mark. The NTCC has never been an organization who's leaders possess even the slightest bit of decency hardly qualifying them as "real" Christians. They are just a bunch of money grubbers and that's what they've always been, no more no less. The NTCC is an organization which is the sum total of the poor leaders it contains.
You see, people don't want to admit that to themselves for in doing so, they must admit that they've been misguided and deceived all along and that's a tough pill to swallow. People who are currently in the NTCC and who have been in the NTCC are no more than people who were led by or are being led by the blind. Blind leading the blind. Face it NTCCers, you've been tricked, played, taken advantage of, used. Davis simply capitalized on the good nature that most of you no longer possess but you possessed it just long enough to be the candidate of a good old fashion brainwashing/con game. Well the trick is on you; enjoy your stinky campground and stop bothering Mr. Kekel because there won't be a fall conference.
Some glad morning when this life is over, the campground stench will go away. Into the container that the EPA demands, the campground stench will go away.
No more poopy smell or glory, no more poopy smell. When I leave the campground, no more poopy smell, the campground stench will go away.
Just a few more stinky days and then the campground stench will go away, to an expensive septic system, paid for with your tithe, the stench will go away.
ReplyDeleteOnce like a dung beetle at the camp ground I dwelt, no freedom from the poo pond I felt, then came the EPA and shut down the show, the stench is gone now I can breathe through my nose.

ReplyDeleteDNA said: That's because Kekel would probably never dump the porta potties. If someone were to complain to Davis, he would say, take up an offering. Kekel would say, "To all of you idiots that have been bugging me about a solution for emptying the porta crappers, here it is: We are cancelling #2. Go dig a whole or go in your pants. Just don't bother me about it.

I think there was a time when many inside the ntcc were doing the right thing but you know what they say, "When the head is sick, the whole body is sick". If you follow Davis's history back to it's furthest known origin, which seems to have began with his involvement with the Church of God in Joplin in the late 60's and soon after with a small group of thugs that he surrounds himself with now, his past shows no hint of salvation as defined by the Bible. There are many witnesses to this day that will share many accounts of Davis's adultery, and he always has been a money grubber. Using the gospel for your own financial gain is wrong, and Davis has been doing this since day one. He used to rail against people for "sin" that is now openly accepted in the ntcc. The dude has never been right as far back as his secretive life can be shared by others.
Mark G. I agree that there may not have ever been a time when ntcc was on the right track, and thats probably because of opposing views of some of the early leaders of ntcc such as Rev. and Sis Gaylord whom i have met and heard preach maybe twice. They seem to have had different view of servicemen and women than what davis have. Davis see servicemen and women as weakminded, easy to be had or taken, with little or no real understanding of money and how it works. So he (davis) preach a ministry of prosperty to the weakminded in order to take away there money for his own personal gain, while Pop Gaylord and others really cared for servicemen and women and not just there money. Matthew 13:24-30, Jesus teaching the disciples about the wheat and tares (GROWING UP TOGETHER) and how that it would be hard to remove the tares from the wheat, with out damaging the wheat. There are wheat, (saved and born again brothers and sisters in ntcc) who are growing up alone with the tares in ntcc.
ReplyDeleteGreat Comments Mark G. and Disappointed. It sounds like you both pretty much agree in principle that the ntcc sucks. I was pretty close to Mom and Pop Gaylord and I do think that there was a big difference between their life and the life of Davis and Kekel. They didn't live absorbent lifestyles. They didn't get filthy rich off of the believers. However, they also were a part of the ntcc system and the man made holiness or hell doctrine that focuses on an outward version of holiness that never existed in the early church, and the pay your tithe or burn in the lake of fire doctrine. I do believe that they were sincere and loved souls. It's unfortunate that they ever hooked up with Davis, and I think if they realized what would become of the ntcc, they never would have involved themselves with Davis.

Ain't that the truth, and that is exactly what Davis did. He might or might not have ever had a degree in psychology, but he sure knows how to play mind games with people. He knows how to find good people with good intentions and exploit them for his own SINister purposes.
Davis was a whole lot smarter than Kekel in many ways. Davis wasn't really looking for large numbers although he pushed money and numbers. He knew that if he could attract good natured gullible people, that he would be able to manipulate them for his advantage, and that is exactly what he did. He would get rid of anyone who questioned his authority and he would weed out the ones that used their brains.
Kekel threw his Pappy in law under the bus when he openly dressed Davis down for being in the "unfortunate" position of enforcing his stupid rules. Kekel seems to stick his foot in his mouth every time he goes public. His most recent announcement shows that he is an arrogant and condescending control freak.
All of you ntcc'rs are stupid for allowing Kekel to talk to you like you are a bunch of idiots. You should call him out on his latest comments instead of kissing up to him. Like it or not you are being manipulated by him and he is laughing all the way to the bank.
The whole concept of the "Holiness" movement started with John Wesley. I'm not saying that Holiness wasn't a part of what the early church was all about. What I am trying to say is that the emphasis in the early church was to live a pure life from the inside out. NOT from the outside in! There are all kinds of ways that you can twist and pervert the law of God and try to make it fit your particular brand of theology and use it to suit your own purposes.
ReplyDeleteYou are right Mark about the outward holiness Mark. Shortly after Wesley preached it others started to duplicate it. Not only did they start preaching it, but they also started condemning people to hell for not living according to this new man-made doctrine.
ReplyDeleteI imagine, somewhere along the line preachers started seeing it as a money making doctrine and used it to manipulate people. Strict rules would identify the loyal followers and also provide a litmus test to see who was willing to do what the so called man of God commanded. If you could get a person to dress a certain way that wasn't the custom and make them look like a bunch of downright dorks, you could also get them to open their wallets and give you money.
The Amish preach that you have to have green blinds in your house, and guess what? All of the faithful ones have green blinds in their house. If you can get people to do a bunch of stupid and unnecessary things that have nothing to do with salvation, you also can get their money, and that's what these modern day Pharisees are doing. They are selling so called outward holiness to their congregations, and if they don't live it, they are are not accepted. If they do accept it, then along with it comes the doctrine of tithe, which has been conveniently adapted and applied to New Testament Christians in churches everywhere.
Tithe works a lot like tolls do. States impose tolls on roads and motorists must pay these tolls if they want to drive on these roads. Politicians, (a lot like ntcc preachers), will lie to their constituents telling them that the tolls are needed to repair the highways. Ntcc preachers will say that tithe is needed to support the work of God. Tolls keep going up and up while the roads get worse and worse. The toll money never was intended to be spent on the roads and neither is the tithe money intended to be spent on the church. The lion share of you gullible ntcc suckers money goes into Davis and Kekel's personal slush funds and allows them to buy whatever they desire.
Just open your eyes and watch where the money gets spent. Stop paying these manipulative jerks so they can have every nice thing imaginable while you struggle to put food on the table.
