Rudy Was a Known Sexual Deviant Prior to Davis Sending Him into the NTCC Servicemen's Home Ministry!

Example of Cross-Dressing
Man In Drag ~ s/He-Man
Michael T. Rudy, the ntcc Pastor and Servicemen's Director at Ft. Bragg, NC, in 1984/85, was caught dressing in drag by Rodger Wilson Davis prior to ever being allowed to Pastor at Ft. Bragg.  According to a long time minister of the ntcc who left the organization, RWD preached about an instance where he caught M. Rudy dressed in drag, in his car, in a parking lot adjacent to the Forrest Ave. church.  This incident happened while Rudy was an office worker for Davis and prior to Rudy going into the ministry as a pastor and servicemen's home director!

Michael Rudy was sent by R.W. Davis to be Pastor and Director of the New Testament Christian Servicemen's Home and Church in Fayetteville, NC; which was supposed to be a Christian Church and a home away from home for young soldiers stationed at Ft. Bragg.  Rudy used the Servicemen's Home and Church and the power of his position to sexually gratify himself.  He would use scriptures like "unto the pure, all things are pure" to justify acts of homosexuality.

In the ntcc, a pastor or servicemen's director is considered to be a "man of God" and is to be obeyed in all things.  This is enforced by them constantly admonishing members to "obey them that have the rule over you". Having this power over 18 year old GI's worked to the advantage of this sexual predator.  The NTCC Servicemen's Home was nothing more than a sexual playground for Rudy; who perverted the sacrament of foot washing by changing it into foot massaging; which led to leg massages and later full body mutual erotic massages with climax.  There were multiple frequent incidences of these homosexual massages; and they involved single and married GI's, black and white, all young and impressionable soldiers whose lives would be forever altered by this manipulative pedophile.

Although there were multiple victims of this sexual abuse, the very nature of it keeps people from coming forward.  Who wants to have the stigma of being involved in this type of behavior?  I have been forthcoming and honest about being involved in this; because it messed up my life at a young age; and my continued involvement in this cult damaged my career path in the U.S. Army and my own future relationships and my desire to have a family.

Michael Rudy was a very successful preacher by ntcc standards in that he was able to bring in lots of tithe payers.  When Rudy arrived at Fort Bragg there were a few brothers living in the home to include myself and probably about 15 people in church services.  In a short time he had 17 brothers living in the servicemen's home and 50 to 70 people attending services which were also in the home.  He could preach ntcc style, hell, fire and brimstone as well as any preacher I've ever heard to include James Ross Ashmore.  People in service would get worked up into a frenzy; and there would be no shortage of shouting and dancing and other antics like people doing somersaults around the altar.  Rudy also led a bible study out of the book of Revelation, using dispensation charts and ntcc bible school plagiarized material to teach from.  He ran the home just like a bible school with many rules; and people were praised if they kept all the rules; and they were blasted if they broke any of them.

I was deeply involved in this cultish movement.  I was preaching just about every week and leading song services.  I also kept the books and was the example that was placed on a pedestal for everyone to follow.  Others also were held in high esteem; and this was done to make us feel like we were God's chosen and part of something great that very few would ever be able to obtain.

The church services seemed to be just like ntcc conference services; and we felt like we were in the very presence of God.   Rudy would speak in tongues and prophesy about how God had chosen us in this last day to spread His word to the lost.  Church services would end in people crying out to God; and prayer would continue for long periods of time after church was over.  Altar calls would consist of people crying out in volume that could be heard down the street; and we all thought it was God; and that it was real.

The problem is that while this was happening, homosexuality was also happening.  Tithe was hammered; and if you wanted to be a part of "God's last move on earth", then you had better give your ten percent.  People would either "get in or get out" as they heard it preached "get right or get left".   So many people were messed up during this fiasco in so many ways.

The sad thing about it all is that it could have been prevented by Rodger Wilson Davis, himself.  Why would the founder of a so-called "holiness organization" send someone that was caught dressing in drag to be a spiritual leader of a bunch of young men in a Servicemen's Home?  It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to allow someone who doesn't know if they are a man or a woman to be in charge of the living quarters of young impressionable men in their teens and early twenties.  RWD would only do this because he knew that it would bring in thousands of dollars to his organization.

The ntcc is a twisted organization that has been involved in hundreds of unthinkable scandals that we know about.  This sick organization is diseased from the very top; and so much of what happens in the ntcc goes by unknown and is swept under the carpet.  We are barely scratching the surface of how corrupt RWD and the ntcc organization is.  The ntcc has a history of allowing pedophiles, child molesters, child rapists, homosexual ministers, and hundreds of cases of ntcc endorsed adultery.  Marital relations and families have been broken to pieces in the ntcc for years.  And yet people still think they are part of "the last move of God on earth".  You are in a corrupt cult, plain and simple.

Lyrics for Rebel Rebel by David Bowie:

Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo

You've got your mother in a whirl
She's not sure if you're a boy or a girl
Hey babe, your hair's alright
Hey babe, let's go out tonight
You like me, and I like it all
We like dancing and we look divine
You love bands when they're playing hard
You want more and you want it fast
They put you down, they say I'm wrong
You tacky thing, you put them on

Rebel rebel, you've torn your dress
Rebel rebel, your face is a mess
Rebel rebel, how could they know?
Hot tramp, I love you so!

Don't ya?
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo

You've got your mother in a whirl 'cause she's
Not sure if you're a boy or a girl
Hey babe, your hair's alright
Hey babe, let's stay out tonight
You like me, and I like it all
We like dancing and we look divine
You love bands when they're playing hard
You want more and you want it fast
They put you down, they say I'm wrong
You tacky thing, you put them on

Rebel rebel, you've torn your dress
Rebel rebel, your face is a mess
Rebel rebel, how could they know?
Hot tramp, I love you so!

Don't ya?
Oh?

Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo

Rebel rebel, you've torn your dress
Rebel rebel, your face is a mess
Rebel rebel, how could they know?
Hot tramp, I love you so!

You've torn your dress, your face is a mess
You can't get enough, but enough ain't the test
You've got your transmission and your live wire
You got your cue line and a handful of 'ludes
You wanna be there when they count up the dudes
And I love your dress
You're a juvenile success
Because your face is a mess
So how could they know?
I said, how could they know?

So what you wanna know
Calamity's child, ch-chile, ch-chile
Where'd you wanna go?
What can I do for you? looks like you've been there too
'cause you've torn your dress
And your face is a mess
Oh, your face is a mess
Oh, oh, so how could they know?
Ha, ha, how could they know?
Ha, ha

  1. Why would Rodger Wilson Davis knowingly promote a cross-dresser to hold a ntcc minister's license "in good standing" and run a ntcc servicemen's home full of young gullible G.I.s???

  3. So does that mean Davis knowingly let this cross dresser date and marry a NTCC lady by giving them permission to talk?

That's nuts! This group is just crazy!

  4. Everybody makes mistakes. Why be hard on someone who may have repented?

  5. chip asked a question; but there's more to this issue than someone making a mistake.

First of all, no man mistakenly puts on women's clothing.

And Rudy clearly did NOT repent of his ways, as evidenced by him abusing the servicemen spirtitully and physically.

davis clearly boasts that he would not promote an adulterer; but that is a blatant lie. Rudy was a married man who was cheating on his wife, abusing the office of being a pastor (a position of trust, legally speaking, especially in the tightly regimented ntcc). davis knew that rudy was a cross dresser, indicating an effeminate nature. But davis still allowed rudy to marry and put him into that position of trust, wielding great power over the servicemen church members with drastic consequences and long-lasting effects.

This article makes that plain to see. Don't try to clear guilty davis of this sin. Try, for once, considering the victims of this cult. Perhaps put yourself in their shoes.

  6. That's really bad! I remember reading your accounts of what has happened in the different Servicemen's homes that you've been in and it made my stomache sick. I know you've recounted and given names, but this is the first time I remember reading about RWD-bag knowing that he was a cross-dresser prior to Rudy assuming the church in Fayetteville. Did he go out into the parking lot and he was putting a dress on? Anymore details that you have about that instance or behind the scene things that were happening will hopefully open people's eyes.

You know the deal, things would happen one way at service but back at "The Home" when everyone left things could be different. The same goes for when some overseer, Olson or RWD-bag came into town. Put on one face, spend all night fixing the books before they came, clean and be there to roll out the red carpet.

    more like a homo's home!

This guy Davis is a real piece of work for promoting this drag Queen. Didn't Davis set up the gay bath houses at the camp ground too? No shower stalls? No toilet stalls? Dudes all naked and up in each others business?

Maybe Rudy caught Davis cross dressing in that parking lot. But Davis turned it around when he told the story from the bullspit pulpit!

We were told that Rudy was sitting in his car dressed in drag, when Davis seen him. Years later after Rudy was no longer in the borg, Davis gave this account over the pulpit, telling everyone under the sound of his voice that he had prior knowledge of Rudy Cross dressing.

This shows how the chief enabler, Davis himself, allowed a cross dressing drag queen to go into the ministry and work with young GI's.

It's not all about souls and creating a healthy Christian environment for people who love God to have a home away from home to fellowship in. It's about numbers, and sending people to bible school and how much tithe can be brought into the church so Davis and his money grubbing cohorts can live in luxury.

This has been therapeutic for me just reading your blog. I was in School when Rudy was an office worker, he taught my wife in the high school that was on 2170 Forest Ave. He was a little different, a little weird. He used to give receipts out in the class’ he taught. My wife and I were on our first date, the day he proposed to his wife. I knew Don Hummel pretty well, Don also worked in the office with RWD. We spent 6 month with Perry Broadnax, in Korea, as his’ “helpers.” Brodnax always talked about sexual things, I thought he was weird, but he was the man of gauddd, and we dared not question his actions. But, J. Olson told me, Perry sent 27 people to bible school. Kelly Merz came to our church in Clarksville, Tn. when he prayed for salvation. RWD told me, that I could not perform his marriage to Cheryl, because of the “ministry” ?!?! He also told me I couldn’t bring the blind brother from Ohio to the Camp meeting. Well, I wish I had performed kelly’s marriage ceremony for him, but I did bring the blind man to camp! I wanted him to get what I had, because what I had was real. Every Time we got some people to come to our church, camp meeting, would come around, and I would preach something I had heard at camp, and run everyone off. It took me years to reconcile all these conflicting messages, and what was going on in front of us. I was so judgemental, and such a Pharisee, that I could not help anyone. No wonder the “fellow ship” meetings were canceled. Looking back on 30 years, I don’t know how we did it, except that I married the right girl. My wife has kept me sane, all these years. I stopped asking permission at least 10 years ago, now I just ask God.

They might think evil of all of us, but I am still the same, bro. Dave Armer

As for the Borg, they are the ones that lost out when you left their ranks. You were sincere and the ntcc leadership was not. We are not going to have to stand before the likes of Davis, Olson and Kekel and give an account. If we are to be judged by their example, we will be of all men most miserable and heaven would be a place that I would not want to spend eternity in. Thank God heaven will not be filled with Pharisees and hypocrites.

One time in the home in Korea, Broadnax pulled down his pants in front of a small group of brethren to show us the underwear he was wearing. He wanted us to feel the material. He also would leave his wife alone in her bedroom and sleep downstairs with the brothers that lived in the home. Many were sleeping on the floor at that time because there were no beds. He also frequented the bath houses quite often.

This type of behavior is so far from normal and completely inappropriate for a Servicemen's Home director. But he sent 27 people to bible school so I guess we should have looked the other direction. I know that people are going to say that we should not talk about these people by name because maybe they got right and found forgiveness. I hope they did, and I don't take any pleasure in this stuff, but people need to know what the ntcc is all about. I hate what I went through in the ntcc. I don't want anyone to go through this, but if we don't say anything we are just as bad as they are. The law of averages says that a lot of this stuff still goes on in the ntcc, and maybe if someone sees us talking about it they will be spared years of sorrow.

The ntcc leadership knew about these people and did nothing until it was too late. They allowed their Servicemen's Homes and churches to be run by these people. It's all about money, nothing else. They do not love you or souls or anyone but themselves. They are not doing God's work. Predators need to be identified and those that enable them are just as bad.

Yes he did. The camp ground bathhouses were as you described. Davis said he left them open like that so we all could learn humility. Holiness or hell except in the bathrooms it was a nature exhibit, you'd think the campground was more like a nudist colony.

No wonder new people weren't allowed to go to Camp meetings at the camp ground. Only fully brainwashed individuals, would subject themselves to this kind of nonsense. I used to wait until late at night to take care of my business just to avoid the crowds. A sick situation being run by sick individuals.

  14. This goes to show you that it's all about money in the ntcc. This group was bringing in millions of dollars and you mean to tell me that they couldn't afford to put up toilet stalls for years? Herding hundreds of people like cattle into a small room with a few shower heads, a few sinks and a few toilets with no dividers or privacy sounds pretty weird to me. It was RWD's idea to do this, so tell me, was he making sound decisions? What was going through his mind?

  15. Thank you Brother Armer for all of your kind words. We appreciate your support and encouraging words. Sometimes what we do seems thankless and we receive far more criticism than we should but people need to be aware of this stuff and steer clear of the ntcc.

We know for a fact that the ntcc is very crooked and evil. Chief has been like Jehu, and sometimes I think that God moves him to keep hammering away at the ntcc. He has continued to expose the ntcc for what they are and he is relentless but what he does, needs to be done by someone.

When you look at the history of the ntcc, the people they have hurt and the families they have destroyed, it's so wrong. So many people are afraid of the ntcc and they will not speak out. There are people that know a lot, but they are afraid to talk. We have made a lot of progress and Good people have left the organized crime syndicate known as the ntcc. The more corruption that is exposed on the blogs, the more souls will be set free from the tyranny of Davis and the ntcc. Remember, we are just messengers, relaying true facts of what really transpires in the ntcc. Don't get mad at us for telling the truth, get mad at the ones that are involved in corruption, and then funnel your anger into motivation to put an end to all this sickness.

This is what happens when you take sincere people and place them in a corrupt church. Anyone that knew the Armers while they were in, knew that they were sincere and loving people. We all got conflicting messages at conference. What we were hearing conflicted what we read in our bibles. Thank God that we made it out of this organization. We are free now to do things the right way. It takes some serious time to get your brain unscrambled and realize what God really requires.

We followed the ntcc's doctrine, living by the letter of the law according to what RWD tried to pass off as New Testament law. There was so much added to the New Testament. So many requirements and rules. Keeping this kind of regiment in your daily lives interfered with showing respect and decency to brothers and sisters. There was so much micro management in each individual life that people could not think for themselves. We were so busy that we didn't even notice the all important attributes of God that got neglected. There was so much more emphasis placed on perfecting people then there was on loving people. Like it or not we are never going to be perfect as long as we live in this flesh; if this were the case there would be no need for an advocate, no need for prayer, no need for forgiveness, mercy, grace or love.

I believe God's church was meant to be something that the ntcc could have been if it were run by people that actually loved God and the brethren. Salvation was available in the ntcc as it is in many other churches and even outside of the church. There were good people in the organization, that had good intentions, but the focus was way off. When you preach Christ and him Crucified, people will come to God. I don't care if you are Davis, Rudy, or just an ordinary brother that has experienced God's love.

Where the ntcc went wrong was in allowing money, riches and greed to control the leadership. This is where the contradictions and the different messages originated. "The love of money is the root of all evil" The root of all evil. Fornication, Adultery, coveteousness and the list goes on. The ntcc leadership was corrupt so the church could not be pure. People in the ntcc seek approval from it's leaders rather than God. The prosperity in the ntcc is directly linked to carnal things rather than spiritual things. Emphasis is placed on works and money rather than faith and love. The focus is on excluding other churches and people, isolating themselves from everything except ntcc doctrine, and then they mix it with the true word of God, making it all very toxic. It's a mixture of poison that slowly corrupts all the good that is inside of a person.

Remember when we first got saved? We loved life and we had a bond with one another like nothing we ever experienced in this world. We would do anything help out a brother or sister in need. We believed God and nothing was impossible because we were motivated by spiritual things. Money didn't mean a lot to us, and because of this we were manipulated for it.

    to be continued....

  17. Continued...

We would do anything for God so we thought that whatever the man of God asked us to do was the same as God asking us to do it. Different motivations drive people in different ways. Davis was driven by greed and power. Rudy was driven by power and lust. Some people are driven by pride and others by selfishness. But if you can find a church where people are driven by love for God and love for each other, all the other stuff will fall into place. If the head is corrupt, the body will also turn out the same way.

There are people in the ntcc that I believe are driven by the love and mercy of God. The ntcc will say that this is a weakness and that people need to focus on the judgment and hatred of sin. There is a balance in everything. Now that ntcc abuse and corruption is being publicly exposed, it's harder to control them. There are good people in the ntcc that have committed to serve God and preach in the ntcc, but they fall under the guidelines and rules of Davis and Kekel, and this greatly hinders their ministries and the potential that could be reached. If they continue with this group, they will slowly be zapped of all the love they have.

If the ntcc had leadership that really loved and cared for souls and people, and if they were not so interested in money and controlling people for their own selfish exploits, there might be hope. As long as the leadership stays corrupt, good people will continue to leave, and God will be unable to do anything in the ntcc. There are too many people that have caved in to RWD and Kekels blatant disregard for people and their lack of love and respect for the ones that purchased all the nice things that the ntcc executive board has and the lifestyle that they selfishly covet to themselves.

Knocking on doors and ntcc style soul winning is not going to work if people don't see the love of God in your life. I know this because for the first 7 years I spent in the organization when I was on fire and love reigned in my life, people wanted what I had. Bringing people to church was easy, but when they came, they seen a controlling preacher naming sins that couldn't be committed and talking about all the things you couldn't do if you wanted to be a Christian and many people left. People already know the difference between right and wrong. Eventually, my spirit was broken, and the fire and joy of God was quenched by this group, by measures of control that had nothing to do with God or the bible. Withholding the desire of my heart to have a wife was too much for me to endure and as my happiness was stolen so was my ability to inspire people to come to church. Slowly I became just like the controlling cult leaders that I tried so hard to emulate. My last few years in the ntcc were like nails being hammered into my coffin. I was dying a slow death and I tried to hang on as long as I possibly could until one day I realized that I was just going through the motions.

How many people in the ntcc have reached this point? It doesn't have to end like this. This is not what God intended for me or for anyone in the ntcc. There is coming a day, as Brother Armer said, when we will all stand before the King of Kings. We aren't going to be judged on how well we impressed a few rich and religious executive board members that drive around in their Cadillacs and Recreational Vehicles wearing diamond rings and rolex watches. The only one we need to love and worship is God and Jesus who died for us.

  18. on chief's blog he gives an example of how a normal person would give advice and how an ntcc person would too.
You can see the striking reality and chief pretty much nails it, eventhough he didn't go to the bible school.
Which comes to this, it is shocking that a minister of the caliber of rw would allow such a mentally unstable person to go on and become a minister specially in a servicemen's home!
What happened to good old common sense!
If you see a person that has a conflict of this magnitude, to the point that he is dressing like a woman, you just don't say: bro. you need to repent, and go on with life! No! You will make sure that man would seek some type of help outside of the church.
    He needed psychological help!
It's unthinkable that this minister was sent out knowing that he was having these kind of problems.
I guess now it's too late to do anything for the statue of limitations probably are over now after ruining so many lives.
    Shocking! :(

This whole situation was handled wrong on so many different levels it's unbelievable. It's never about doing what is right or using common sense. Rudy was teaching in the ntcc High School. Rudy was a product of the ntcc system. He was exalted by Davis and allowed to be in all the positions he was in. Also, there is no telling of what other damage took place in lives that he had influence over during his time as director of the Servicemen's Home and Church in Ft. Polk, or as an ntcc High School teacher, or while working for RWD in the Office.

I don't imagine that Rudy ever got help with his problem. Problems of this nature in the ntcc have usually been eliminated along with the many of the tortured souls that were involved. If this stuff was witnessed, reported or confessed, the individuals were removed from the ntcc. The Leadership never tried to help anyone that was involved at Ft. Bragg, they never even investigated or asked questions.

The 3 individual Pastors that were involved in this behavior all disappeared from the ntcc shortly after they were outed. The members that were involved were never questioned about their involvement and the whole thing was swept under the carpet. I was told by RWD never to speak of any of this to anyone. As long as I kept my mouth shut I was allowed to exist in the ntcc.

A director elected by the board may be removed without cause by the vote of two-thirds of the directors then in office or such greater number as is set forth in the articles or bylaws; but a director elected by the board to fill the vacancy of a director elected by the members may be removed without cause by the members, but not the board.

    9. If, at the beginning of a director's term on the board, the articles or bylaws provide that the director may be removed for missing a specified number of board meetings, the board may remove the director for failing to attend the specified number of meetings. The director may be removed only if a majority of the directors then in office vote for the removal.

  21. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST????

    YOU BET!

    Missouri Revised Statutes
    Chapter 355
    Nonprofit Corporation Law
    Section 355.416

    August 28, 2011

    Director's conflict of interest.
355.416. 1. A conflict of interest transaction is a transaction with the corporation in which a director of the corporation has a material interest. A conflict of interest transaction is not voidable or the basis for imposing liability on a noncompensated director if the transaction was not unfair to the corporation at the time it was entered into or is approved as provided in subsection 2 or 3 of this section.

    2. A transaction in which a noncompensated director of a public benefit or religious corporation has a conflict of interest may be approved:

    (1) In advance by the vote of the board of directors or a committee of the board if:

    (a) The material facts of the transaction and the director's interest are disclosed or known to the board or committee of the board; and

    (b) The directors approving the transaction in good faith reasonably believe that the transaction is not unfair to the corporation; or

    (2) Before or after it is consummated by obtaining approval of the:

    (a) Attorney general; or

    (b) The circuit court in an action in which the attorney general is joined as a party.

    3. A transaction in which a director of a mutual benefit corporation has a conflict of interest may be approved if:

    (1) The material facts of the transaction and the director's interest were disclosed or known to the board of directors or a committee of the board and the board or committee of the board authorized, approved, or ratified the transaction; or

    (2) The material facts of the transaction and the director's interest were disclosed or known to the members and they authorized, approved, or ratified the transaction.

    4. For purposes of subsections 2 and 3 of this section, a conflict of interest transaction is authorized, approved, or ratified if it receives the affirmative vote of a majority of the directors on the board or on the committee, who have no direct or indirect interest in the transaction, but a transaction may not be authorized, approved, or ratified under this section by a single director. If a majority of the directors on the board who have no direct or indirect interest in the transaction vote to authorize, approve or ratify the transaction, a quorum is present for the purpose of taking action under this section. The presence of, or a vote cast by, a director with a material interest in the transaction does not affect the validity of any action taken under subdivision (1) of subsection 2 of this section or subdivision (1) of subsection 3 of this section if the transaction is otherwise approved as provided in subsection 2 of this section or subsection 3 of this section.

    5. For purposes of subdivision (2) of subsection 3 of this section, a conflict of interest transaction is authorized, approved or ratified by the members if it receives a majority of the votes entitled to be counted under this subsection. Votes cast by a director who has a material interest in the transaction may not be counted in a vote of members to determine whether to authorize, approve or ratify a conflict of interest transaction under subdivision (2) of subsection 3 of this section. The vote of these members, however, is counted in determining whether the transaction is approved under other sections of this chapter. A majority of the voting power, whether or not present, that is entitled to be counted in a vote on the transaction under this subsection constitutes a quorum for the purpose of taking action under this section.

    6. The articles, bylaws, or a resolution of the board may impose additional requirements on conflict of interest transactions.

  22. GOD PUT THEM IN CHARGE? FOR HOW LONG?

    Terms of directors, generally.
355.331. 1. The articles or bylaws shall specify the terms of directors. Except for designated or appointed directors, the terms of directors may not exceed six years. In the absence of any term specified in the articles or bylaws, the term of each director shall be one year. Directors may be elected for successive terms.

    2. A decrease in the number of directors or term of office does not shorten an incumbent director's term.

    3. Except as provided in the articles or bylaws:

    (1) The term of a director filling a vacancy in the office of a director elected by members expires at the next election of directors by members; and

    (2) The term of a director filling any other vacancy expires at the end of the unexpired term which such director is filling.

    4. Despite the expiration of a director's term, the director continues to serve until the director's successor is elected, designated or appointed and qualifies, or until there is a decrease in the number of directors.

  23. OPEN THE BOOKS, OR COOK THE BOOKS?

    Member's inspection of records.
355.826. 1. Subject to subsection 3 of section 355.831, a member, or resident of a class of residents who have paid into the corporation for services or other charges over fifty percent of the corporation's operating expenses, is entitled to inspect and copy, subject to subsections 2 and 3 of this section, at a reasonable time and location specified by the corporation, any of the records of the corporation required by this act* if the member or resident gives the corporation written notice or a written demand at least five business days before the date on which the member or resident wishes to inspect and copy.

    2. Subject to subsection 5 of this section, a member or resident of a class of residents who have paid into the corporation for services or other charges over fifty percent of the corporation's operating expenses is entitled to inspect and copy, at a reasonable time and reasonable location specified by the corporation, any of the following records of the corporation if the member or resident gives the corporation written notice at least five business days before the date on which the member or resident wishes to inspect and copy:

    (1) Any records required to be maintained under subsection 1 of section 355.821, to the extent not subject to inspection under subsection 1 of section 355.826; and

    (2) Financial statements of the corporation.

    3. A member or resident may inspect and copy the records identified in this section only if:

    (1) The member or resident describes with reasonable particularity the purpose and the records the member or resident desires to inspect; and

    (2) The records are directly connected with this purpose.

    4. This section does not affect:

    (1) The right of a member to inspect records under section 355.271 or, if the member is in litigation with the corporation, to the same extent as any other litigant; or

    (2) The power of a court, independently of the provisions of this chapter, to compel the production of corporate records for examination.

    5. The articles or bylaws of a public benefit corporation which is a church or convention or association of churches may limit or abolish the right of a member under this section to inspect and copy any corporate record. This subsection shall not apply to residents or a class of residents of a religious corporation when such residents have paid into the corporation for services or other charges in excess of fifty percent of the corporation's operating expenses.

    6. When a corporation has no members and makes provision for a self-perpetuating board of directors, any recipient or beneficiary of the services or activities of such corporation may inspect and copy the books and records of such corporation under the same conditions and rights as provided for a member. A recipient or beneficiary may designate an agent or attorney for the purpose of conducting such inspection and making such copies.

  24. I know it will be too much to ask but is there a way to know the names of the soldiers that were involved in the servicemen's home?
I know that you just give the pastor's names but what about the soldiers that he sent to bible school?
I know that with all the laws you probably can't do it in a public forum for fear that they can come and sue you for difamation of character, but thanks for being frank, it had to be God to keep you sane after going through such terrible ordeal.
It is no wonder why so many people are so bitter against this church.

  25. Anonymous asked,

"is there a way to know the names of the soldiers that were involved in the servicemen's home?"

We see those men as victims. Coming forward is between them and God.

Is there a way to know YOUR name?

  26. To the person who did all the research on the law:

Thanks for the info. ntcc remains today because knowing the law and enforcing the law are two very different things.

It's good to put the info out though. It will take a move of God to get anyone in the borg to actually care enough to do anything about it. People in the borg seem vastly content with status quo. As long as the drama does not affect them directly, they are not suffering, they are happy with things as they are. So are many Xers who obey the ntcc mandate to "just move on". They are content to leave all things ntcc as they are. Sure that they can not make a difference or unwilling to even try.

God says He will have a witness. It should be interesting to see who will accept the truth and rise to the challenge.

  27. Somebody recalled the following story about rudy, there in forest ave.
All the men were brought up to have a meeting with rwd. after church.
rwd talks about how god gave him a vision about a gigantic black octupus on top of the church. he said that that meant that something was going on and that somebody there was not right with god and better come and confess, that whenever this person was ready to come forward, they were gonna be there.
the students were very frightened by this because some of them didn't know what was going on but they recall that rudy was amongst the students there, but didn'thave any idea what rudy was all about, he was just a friendly fellow like the rest but with ulterior motives, perhaps.
