Notes: The image above provided by Google satellite does not show the large swimming pool and concrete drive with Recreational Vehicle size roundabout. This indicates that Bing Image (below), showing the pool is a more recent image. The bushes in the Bing image are also more developed.

Notice the Bing image shows the lovely shrubs (important for privacy since everyone lights a candle and places it under a bushel basket [ahem]) and large swimming pool (see remark about privacy). Gawd's holiness standards just keep on changing to accommodate the kekels...

Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and a few coffee houses nearby. No veterinarians, that we noticed; so that should not be a problem. Ahem.

2) Embedded copy of warranty deed to davises
3) Embedded copy of beneficiary deed to grant-O kekel after davises die:
A few more notes:
The first notary in Phoenix, Judith Powell, was misinformed or sloppy since she allowed the wrong name (rodger william) to be used for davis: john r. difrancesco, ntcc's notary on this transaction (the fox watching the hen house, ahem), lists davis' name as rodger wilson.
On the deed grant's middle initial appears as "o" and his family calls him grant-o; but on the SLU (St. Louis University) web site, the people finder has grant listed as grant "d" kekel; because his name is grant davison kekel? Or is it grant-o? What's in a name? Well, you can know what mike kekel says about it by reading Deb and Greg S.'s back-up copy of kekel's smog blog article (parts 1, 2, and 3): What's In A Name?
We hope your children made out as well as the heir-apparent for ntcc, grant o davison kekel, has and will. We mean, seriously, you don't think grant will have to wait until the davises are dead to move into this palace, do you? After all, rdub and vern live in a mansion valued at $1,100,000 (1.1 million dollars), mikey and tanny live in their third mansion up thar on the bonco or the bs compound... So who do you think will own/reside here in Phoenix? Those apron strings strangling you yet, boi? Maybe not, with all the private benefits you reap from this so-called non-profit organization/business fronting as a church....
For all you borg parents who disobeyed the vasectomy rule, got a vasectomy reversed, adopted like the davises did adopt tanya, or were just blessed with kids prior to entering the matrix called ntcc,

And You Are Paying For It All !! |
For those of you who had no kids in ntcc, why didn't you? davis adopted tanya (kekel) in the Philippines. olson had regina (brill), johnson had debbie (phil kinson) and becky (chad ankenbauer), ashmore had jerry (penny hampton) duran and lorrie (difrancesco) and mikey and tanny kekel have grant-o-d... Once widdle gwant-o-d came along, helen ashmore's daughter, lorrie (duran/difrancesco), [who wanted kids very badly and was looking into adoption] and helen ashmore's sister, kathy (george jordan) [who also wanted kids for years] had their husbands get permission from the man to get their vasectomies reversed so that now they too have kids...
ReplyDeleteWhy are you/they different? Hmmn?
Do you still believe davis' doctrine that "Children hinder the work of the Lawd?"
Or was davis really saying YOUR children hinder the work of the borg???
Please note that on page 1 of the warranty deed embedded above, that the land was transferred "for the consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars". In English that means davis paid ten bucks $10 only for the house. Uhm, that means davis won't have to pay a gift tax as he would if Nunez had simply given him the house.
ReplyDeleteDon, don't forget that there are 2 houses in Phoenix. 1 of them is in NTCC's name and the other in RWD's name. One of them he paid full price for and the other was at wholesale from a Foreclosure company. I'm not sure how the Nunez' factor in there but there were a few links and datelines that were posted before on Jeff's blog.
ReplyDeleteDon & Ange, it sounds like you know the twisted family tree of the NTCC...
ReplyDeleteAnon, have you had a chance to look at the embedded warranty deed in this thread? It has a break-out box in the lower right corner ( a small box with four arrows pointing into the corners) clicking that box let's you view the document in full screen. Hitting your escape key or back key will return you to the regular view. The warranty deed shows the transfer of this property from Nunez to davis for ten dollars. The beneficiary deed shows grant as the heir.

ReplyDeleteDon and Ange say,
We know some. Fact is the ntcc falmily tree is so twisted it would be very difficult to track, what with all the divorces, separations, and remarriages. As others have said, sometimes couples split up and remarry with all four individuals coming from within the ntcc ranks. There has to be biblical adultery going on in those circumstances. Either the spouses cheated (adultery) or the divorce did not meet biblical guidelines so the remarriage is, therefore, in God's eyes, adulterous.
(Thinking right now of such couples.)
I personally know of one woman on her fourth marriage. Three were within the ntcc ranks. And I've already discussed the bridal school divorce rate of the women who I lived in the ntcs bible school dorm with. It was, at last count, including myself, at 50%. Fact is ntcc treats divorce way too lightly. They look at marriages as revolving doors: 'Don't like that one? Here, dx it for another.' (That 'dx' is Army lingo for trade it in for another of the same kind: direct eXchange).
Twisted indeed.

DnA say,
True. But many of those links will only work for the individual who went to the main site and agreed to the terms. So for the rest of us, we have to do the same or the links don't work.... Nevertheless we are glad you reminded us of the other property. This article is part 1. We want to do a part 2. So thanks for the reminder.

Please note: Both the Google and Bing images are interactive. You can click on it, then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the image around. Use the "+" or "-" symbols to zoom in or out.
ReplyDeleteAlso notice the several large trucks and vehicles in the Bing image.
There is also a new structure in the lower right corner of the Bing image - probably built to house a couple of Recreational Vehicles (like motor homes and more).
Look like verna' nagging and murmuring about the rain in Washinton has finally paid off! It's the small drop of water that wear away the stone. Drip, drip, drip, drip... what's that Bible verse about a contentious woman and a continual dripping on a very rainy day being alike?
